Gondola lift 6 km, ski rental 6 km, ski bus stop 600 m, ski school 6 km, cross country ski track 500 m. Nearby attractions: Outdoor Park 'Area 47' 15 km, Aqua Dome 7 km, Stuibenfall 3 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Hochötz 6 km, Sölden 22 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). The owner lives in the same residence. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

1'036 m a.s.l. >>The oldest settlement in the Ötztal, the main attractions are the Stuibenfall, Tyrol's largest waterfall with a drop of 159 meters, the Ötzidorf, an archaeological open-air park that gives an insight into life 5000 years ago and the Badesee, a natural bathing lake in the middle of the Ötztal mountains. "Aqua Dome" thermal baths in Längenfeld. TIP: with the purchase of the Ötztal Card, many admissions to mountain railways, swimming pools, museums and means of transport are included. Family-friendly mountain village, 60 km west from Innsbruck. Disco. Solarium. More possibilities.

Summer

Natural bathing lake, Oetzidorf, Stuibenfall (waterfalls), high Alpine side valleys: Fundustal, Leierstal and Horlachtal. Unique "Waal" path in exposed position. Summer skiing in Sölden 20 km. Hiking paths, mountain hikes, climbing. Bicycle paths.

Winter

Family and beginners' ski resort Niederthai, connection to the ski resorts of Hochoetz and Soelden with free or very reduced ski bus. Cross country skiing until into springtime on 40 km of high loops in Niederthai, tobogganning, carriage rides, snow shoe hikes. Snow park. Cross country ski tracks, high altidude pistes, winter walking paths. Toboggan runs.

Appartement Carla heeft geheel aan onze verwachtingen voldaan. Rustig gelegen en van alle gemakken voorzien. Veel ruimte en privacy. Door de overkapping kun je altijd buiten zitten, enige nadeel daarvan is dat de woonkamer relatief donker is. Beide badkamers zijn ruim en mooi afgewerkt. Slaapkamers ruim en voorzien van voldoende kastruimte. Parkeren voor de deur.

Wij hadden gekozen voor dit huis omdat het een heerlijk licht terras had. Bij aankomst bleek dat het inmiddels overkapt was door een groot balkon waardoor de woonkamer erg donker werd. De keus was dus niet overeenkomstig de foto op basis waarvan wij hadden gekozen. Het huis was ook enigszins rumoerig doordat er kleine kinderen boven wonen. De ontvangst was goed en het huis verder qua ruimtes ook. De ligging hadden we ons iets anders voorgesteld met meer uitzicht.

Deze vakantiewoning is fantastisch: geweldige ligging in het midden van de vallei waardoor je zowel richting Sölden als Ötz overal snel bent, ruim en modern, superproper, overdekt schaduwrijk terras met een gezellig klein tuintje waarin de kinderen konden badmintonnen, goed contact met de vriendelijke eigenares, supermarkt en bakker alsook lekker restaurant dichtbij, bezienswaardigheden als de Staubachfall, roofvogelpark en Ötzidorf. De ideale vakantiewoning voor ons gezin met 3 kinderen!
