Marvellous panoramic view of the lake and the mountains. Facilities: baby cot for up to 3 year olds, hair dryer.

For shared use: property (fenced), natural garden. Patio, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access to the house. Roofed, parking (limited number of spaces) at the house. Grocery 1.2 km, restaurant 1.2 km, swimming bay 1.3 km. Golf course 1.5 km, tennis 1.5 km, cable car 1.2 km, ski lift 1.2 km, gondola lift 1.2 km, ski bus stop 1.2 km, ski school 1.2 km, sled run 1.2 km, cross country ski track 1.2 km, ice field 1.2 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Schmittenhöhe 1.2 km, Kapruner Bergbahnen 10 km, Kitzsteinhorn 19 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Zeller See 1.3 km.
