Exit to the balcony. 2 double bedrooms. 1 room with 1 bed and 1 sofabed. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher). 2 showers/WC. Balcony 12 m2. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the lake, the mountains and the resort. Facilities: baby cot for up to 3 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only.


    Beautiful apartment block "Haus Sonne", built in 2008. In the district of Thumersbach 4 km from the centre of Zell am See, in a central, sunny position, 250 m from the lake. For shared use: property, lawn for sunbathing. Table tennis, patio, garden furniture. In the house: reception, sauna, lift, storage room for skis, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use), ski boot dryer. Linen change weekly. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house, communal covered parking. Shop, grocery 20 m, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 50 m, bus stop 100 m, railway station 3 km, outdoor swimming pool 300 m, indoor swimming pool 2.5 km, swimming bay 300 m. Golf course 2 km, tennis 300 m, riding stable 2 km, skisport facilities 3 km, slopes 3 km, ski bus stop 100 m, ski school 3 km, sled run 2 km, cross country ski track 1 km, ice field 2.5 km.     We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad. Het appartement was heel mooi en had een prachtig uitzicht op Zell am See en Kaprun. Ook de sauna was dik in orde.

    En rigtig god indrettet lejlighed til 8 voksne..lidt for lidt og for små gryder tilat lave mad til 8 voksne. Kunne godt tænke os flere farver på håndklæder i stedet for kun hvid. En farve pr. Seng vil være dejligt så er de nemmere at kende. Fint med afstand til handel og skibus.
