2-room apartment 40 m2 on 2nd floor. Partly renovated in 2013, tasteful and cosy furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double bed (180 cm), flat screen and DVD. Open kitchen (2 hot plates, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table, 1 double sofabed (140 cm), radio and CD-player. Shower/WC. Facilities: iron, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only.


5. Bezirk: Ideal location to discover Vienna- apartment block "Am Margaretenplatz". 2 km from the centre, in a central, sunny position. In the house: lift. Motor access to the house. Public car park at 100 m. Short-stay parking zone (fee). Supermarket 10 m, restaurant, bar 20 m, bakery 10 m, café 50 m, pub garden 100 m, 10 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 20 m, underground station "U4 Pilgramgasse" 450 m, indoor swimming pool 150 m. Nearby attractions: Naschmarkt, Oper, Karlskirche. On request: airport transfer to the holiday accommodation. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Margarethenstr. 103. Delivery and return of the keys 550 m away in the Interhome office.

la situation de la location est idéale pour les personnes visitant Vienne: proximité des transports en commun, bus et métro. la proximité également de la supérette pour faire les achats du quotidien est également un plus.

Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage zur Innenstadt und ist eine typische Altbau-Wohnung. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr geräumig und schön . Eine Befestigung der Fußleisten würde den Eindruck noch verbessern. Das Badezimmer war sauber, ist aber echt renovierungsbedürftig. Hat aber seine Funktion erfüllt . Show more Küche i.O., auch wenn hier kleine Schönheitsreparaturen den Gesamteindruck noch verbessern würden. Wir waren insgesamt zufrieden. Die frühe Schlüsselübergabe war perfekt . Show less

« Nice apartment close to the city center »

Very nice small apartment with great location, 10 minutes walking distance from the city center. We walked everywhere to the center and also to the Schonbrunn castle which is opposite direction from the appartment.
