Above Makarska, in the hamlet Puharići 1.5 km from the centre of Makarska, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 1.5 km from the sea, 1.5 km from the beach. Private: swimming pool angular, heated (8 x 3 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 31.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace (140 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, sauna (extra). Washing machine. Parking on the premises. Shop, restaurant 800 m, pebble beach 1.5 km. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. The house consists of 2 apartments, rented as one unit. Heating of the water in the swimming pool (extra 150.-€ per week).
