Open kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. No heating option. Terrace 12 m2. Terrace furniture. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Apartment house "Nena". In the hamlet Kosinožići 2.5 km from the centre of Nova Vas, 5 km from the centre of Poreč, 5 km from the sea. For shared use: property 1'000 m2 with lawn and trees, swimming pool (9 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 01.Oct.). Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue (swing, sandbox), pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access. Parking on the premises. Shop 2.5 km, supermarket 3.5 km, restaurant 2.5 km, bus stop 4.2 km, railway station 34 km, rocky beach 5 km. Marina 5 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.

Location Description Poreč

Poreč is one of the most well known and the most modern holiday resorts in Croatia. It's a town of more then 70 sports activities with 170 tennis courts located near to the sea in the nearby well-equipped tourist resorts of the Poreč Riviera. The ancient town on the peninsula was built by the Romans in the 2nd c., with a regular system of streets still maintained today. Today Poreč is a city of culture and fun, with numerous cultural monuments and a plenty of well-known bars, restaurants, night clubs, disco clubs. More than 200 villages that surround Poreč have moustly retained their original istrian style, set in a region of vineyards and olive fields. Famous, historical, busy bathing resort with 17'500 inhabitants, in the western part of the peninsula, directly by the sea, 40 km north from Rovinj, 60 km north from Pula, 35 km south-west from Pazin. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Indoor aquatic centre, wellness centre, fitness centre, sauna, solarium, massage. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 40 - 60 km.

Wir sind nun schon zum zweiten Mal hier in dieser Unterkunft. Das sagt ja eigentlich schon alles. Super nette Vermieter. Alles sauber und man fühlt sich einfach nur wohl. ca. 10 min zu allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und zum Strand.

Appartment unten rechts: PRO: -Schöner Garten -Schöner, sauberer Pool mit Liegen und Schirmen. 2 Lounges mit prima WLAN Empfang -Parkplätze nah am Appartment -Betten sehr gemütlich ausgestattet. Guter Schlaf möglich -Sehr freundliche Gastgeber die immer ansprechbar sind. -Überall Fliegengitter bis auf Terrassentür. -Appartment kühl. -Schattige Terrasse. -Guter TV Empfang CONTRA -Kühlschrank leider zu klein und mangelhaft. -2 Herdplatten defekt -Keine Waschmaschine nutzbar

Schöne Wohnung mit gut laufender Klimaanlage, zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Sehr sauber. Sehr gepflegte Pool-Anlage in schönem Garten mit ausreichend Liegen. Freundliche und immer ansprechbare und hilfsbereite Gastgeber.

Da wir schon vom von Anfang September bis zum 17.09. da waren haben wir noch ne Woche nachgebucht. Die Unterkunft ist sauber, gepflegt und von den Eigentümern in Schuss gehalten. Können es nur empfehlen dort Urlaub zu machen.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr sehr schön uns sauber. Die beiden Vermieter sind total nette, großzügige und hilfsbereite Menschen, die den Aufenthalt noch heimischer machen. Wir hatten eine Unterkunft im Erdgeschoss die sehr sauber und komfortabel war. Man braucht nur 10 min mit dem Auto zum Strand und auch in die Stadt. Alles sehr zu empfehlen.
