Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs. Facilities: safe, iron, mosquito net, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house.

Private: property 600 m2 (fenced), wildlife garden and flowers, swimming pool (28 m2, depth 135 - 140 cm, seasonal availability: 13.May. - 13.Oct.) with internal staircase. Unconventional pool shape. WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, table tennis, terrace, garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, billiard table, washing machine. Motor access to the house (100 m via unmade road). Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 3.5 km, shopping centre 15 km, restaurant 3.5 km, café 3.5 km, pebble beach 10 km. Groups of teenagers on request only. Please note: airfield 15 km from the property. For privately use: tavern with fridge, dishwasher, dining table, cooking stove with 2 hot plates.
