Äkäslompolo 17 km, grocery store Jounin kauppa 17 km. There is a bus connection from Kittilä airport to the Äkäslompolo. Pallas-Yllästunturi national park 10 km at the closest. Steep-walled ravine lake Äkässaivo (historical Sámi people worship place) about 8 km, walking distance about 1 km. Ski slopes of Ylläs (Äkäslompolo) 21 km, Fell Olostunturi 30 km, Levi 65 km. Shortest possible rental period is 5 days.
