Location Description Port Grimaud

This charming small lagoon town with it's 12 km of quays bordered by gardens and fishermen's houses is the successful result of a former ambitious project of the architect Francois Spoery using contempory architecture famous, car-free town, directly by the sea, 64 km east from Toulon, 111 km west from Nice, 149 km east from Marseille. In the resort: grocery, bakery, boutiques, restaurant. The town is made up of the main centre, the "Port Grimaud I" and the "Port Grimaud II" which stretches along the "Grand-Canal". Port Grimaud I can be reached via a 1.2 km long road or via a seasonal ferry (few minutes).

Sandy beach. Waterpark "Aqualand - Ste Maxime" in 10 km. Sports harbour. Sailing school, water skiing. Tennis (2 km), golf course 18 hole in Domaine de Beauvallon 5 km. Minigolf 3 km. Die Maisonnette-Wohnung im dritten Stock befindet sich eher am Rand von Port Grimaud, am Place Spoerry. Dieser ist eher ruhig, es gibt dort u.a. zwei Restaurants und einen kleinen Lebensmittelladen. Von der Wohnung aus hat man keinen Meerblick, die Kanäle sind aber innerhalb weniger Minuten Fußweg erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist charmant, es gibt eine Klimaanlage, die allerdings nur den Wohnraum klimatisiert. Zu den Betten führt eine steile Treppe, man sollte körperlich nicht eingeschränkt sein.
