Private: terraced garden (fenced) with trees. 50 m long steep motor access. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Grocery 300 m, supermarket, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 450 m, sandy beach "Plage de Trestignel" 950 m, indoor swimming pool 8 km. Sports harbour 3 km, golf course (18 hole) 9 km.

Situated on the northern Brittany coast, bathing resort with 7'380 inhabitants, in the centre of the peninsula, 11 km north from Lannion, 6 km east from Louannec, 18 km from Tréguier. Malgré un intérieur qui n'est plus au goût du jour, cette maison a un grand charme grâce à sa vue panoramique sur la plage de Perros Guirec!

das Haus ist prinzipiell in einem guten Allgemeinzustand mit einfacher Ausstattung. Es besteht aber ein gewisser Reparaturstau - Holzbank + Schirm auf der Terrasse kaputt, Elektrogeräte in der Küche z. T. funktionsuntüchtig, Vorhänge in den Schlafzimmern eingerissen, Lampen kaputt.... Obwohl das Haus mit traumhafter Lage sehr charmant ist, ist der erste Eindruck aufgrund unzureichender Sauberkeit ernüchternd. Eine professionelle Grundreinigung wäre erforderlich.

Die wunderbar gelegene Villa mit traumhaftem Ausblick auf Küste und Meer, traditionell-herrschaftlicher Ausstattung und mit viel Platz im Haus und auf den Terrassen hat uns alle außerordentlich begeistert.

Maison superbe avec ses baies vitrées et sa triple exposition sur la mer. Nous y avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette côte de granit rose que nous ne connaissions pas. Le temps était mauvais les premiers jours puis très beau à la fin. Mais de toutes manières, la maison est très chaleureuse.

Sehr schön gelegenes Ferienhaus- fantastischer Blick aus allen Zimmern- Ausstattung alles vorhanden - Strände und Ort zu Fuß alles gut erreichbar! Einziger Kritik Punkt nach Meinung der Kid’s: W-LAN etwas langsam! Insgesamt aber alle zufrieden- jederzeit zu empfehlen! Auch die Einfahrt zum Haus mit VW- Bus trickig aber letztendlich auch gut machbar!

Ein tolles Haus mit viel Charme. Umfangreiche Ausstattung, gerade auch in der Küche. Die Terrasse ist das absolute Highlight. Schade dass einige Fenster zum großen Teil bereits durch die Witterung blind waren. Es gibt so viele schöne Liegeplätze rund ums Haus. Schön wäre es, wenn die Kissen und Auflagen geschützter aufbewahrt werden würden, um die Stockflecken zu verhindern.
