Shopping centre 300 to 600m away. Residence "Le Deauville". In the district of Villers 2000, in the resort, 1.3 km from the centre of Villers-sur-Mer, 600 m from the sea, 50 m from the lake, 600 m from the beach. For shared use: children's playground. In the complex: lift, storage room for bicycles. Public parking on the road. Golf course (18 hole) 5 km. Please note: the keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Cabourg, 13 km. Horrible!! État délabré de certains meubles ( vasque de sdb par exemple) pas de poêle ni de passoir ....une galère avec des enfants !! dommage! Car l immeuble est bien situé !
