Small, comfortable apartment house "Cesa Manzini", 3 storeys. In the centre of Canazei, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 500 m from the skiing area. In the house: central heating system, heating available only from 01.Dec. - 01.May.. In Winter: please take snow chains. Public parking 500 m. Shop 100 m, supermarket 300 m, restaurant, bar, café 100 m, bus stop 20 m. Ski bus stop 20 m. Nearby attractions: Sella Ronda 500 m, Lago di Carezza 24 km. Please note: Additional accommodations can be booked.

Location Description Canazei

1'450 m a.s.l. >>Winter and summer holiday resort situated in the Val di Fassa valley, 56 km east of Bolzano, on the road to Passo Pordoi ( 2239 m) in the Dolomiti area. Beautifull view of the Dolomiti. Shops, restaurants, swimming pool, sauna, tennis courts and several bars and disco. Mountain village.

Summer

Cable car to the Belvedere from which there is a wonderfull view of the Dolomite. Rock climbing and walking path on the Marmolada ( 3342 m).

Winter

Ski-region Moena-Canazei, total of 60 lifts. 78 ski runs, total length 150 km, snowboard slope. Ski school, snowboard school, children's ski school, ski kindergarten. Canazei is also connected with the Dolomiti Superski: 450 wonderful ski runs for a total of 1200 km. Snowboards slopes. Ski school also for children from the age of 3. Many cross country ski trails.

Casa molto accogliente, pulita, molto comoda per la posizione, supermercato a due passi, pizzeria, pasticceria insomma perfetta. L’unica pecca i letti separati ma si rimedia sempre. Grazie per averci ospitato in questa bellissima settimana

alloggio confortevole,e ben posizionato,unica pecca privo di parcheggio, c'e solo a pagamento,e lo scarico di merci che e' sotto le finestre delle camere.

Situato in posizione strategica (piazzacentrale,forno, supermercato,farmacia e negozi ) l'appartamento, pur arredato in maniera minimalista, è dotato di tutti i comfort (lavatrice, phone,forno tradizionale,forno a microonde, lavastoviglie, bollitore elettrico) il personale della agenzia è sempre disponibile ed educato.Unici tre nei:unico specchio situato nella stanza toilette,pulizie di benvenuto non troppo accurate e lo scarico merci del supermercato all alba che disturba chi dorme sul divano

La casa è comoda e funzionale, ci siamo stati in 4 ma sarebbe andata bene anche per 5. Cucina funzionale, appartamento vicino a supermercato, forno, salumeria e impianti sciistici. Si può parcheggiare la macchina il primo giorno, muoversi sempre a piedi e recuperarla l'ultimo giorno. Volendo migliorare qualcosa suggerirei: 1) qualche piccolo lavoro di manutenzione (in una camera sul muro vi sono alcune macchie di muffa), i copripiumini sono un pó ombreggiati 2) pulizie generali più accurate

Sinceramente pensavo meglio: ho trovato dei capelli nella doccia; gli armadi nelle camere non chiudevano con pericolo che le bimbe sbattessero; le madie della cucina erano fuori asse; la lampada principale nella camera delle bimbe non si accendeva; il letto è corto per chi come me è alto 1,87 ml. Ogni mattina bisogna sorbirsi lo sferragliare dello scarico del materiale del negozio sottostante. Per il resto una volta chiuse le finestre il silenzio la fa da padrone

Casa nella media posto centrale ma tranquillo da rivedere la pulizia soprattutto dei pavimenti e del bagno!
