Private: property 25 ha, garden (fenced), swimming pool (13 x 5 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 16.Apr. - 01.Oct.). Wir waren bereits das vierte Mal hier. Das Haus mit dem schönen Pool und der traumhaften Lage ist jedes Mal wieder ein Erlebnis. Sehr hilfsbereit ist auch der Housekeeper, der sich um das Anwesen kümmert.

Das Haus ist von der Basis sehr schön und hat ein wunderbares Grundstück und einen herrlichen Blick. Innen müsste aber noch Vieles verbessert/erneuert werden. Bei starkem Regen dringt auf der Wetterseite Wasser zwischen Fenster und Fensterrahmen ein, es sammeln sich Lachen auf dem Boden. Bei kühlem Wetter ist es sehr kalt/feucht im Haus. Die Duschen sind auch für Schlanke extrem klein und duschen ohne Überschwemmung ist unmöglich. Die Sitzplätze draußen und der pool sind wiederum sehr schön.

Prachtige plek, veel kamers met badkamers, fijne grote keuken, privacy, heerlijk rustpunt na bezoek aan de drukke toeristische plekken. Zeer fijn is ook de treinverbinding (vanuit het dorp op 2 km afstand) naar centrum Florence

We had an incredible stay at Villa Monteloro. Everything was great and just like the pictures. The hostess was extremely kind and helped us with transportation. The house and the surrounding area was very beautiful. We especially enjoyed the pool area and the beautiful terraces. We were a group of friends, 11 adults and 1 baby, and we were very happy with our stay.

Vi har virkelig nydt vores ferie i dette fantastiske hus, men man skal kunne lide den autentiske Italienske landlige stil. Der er flere dejlige terrasser. Poolen er stor, og ligger godt i forhold til huset. Det er nemt at komme ned til toget, og man er i Firenze på under en halv time. Minusser: der er mange trapper, der kunne godt være et håndklæde mere pr. person, og der bor en servicemand på matriklen. Han var meget diskret, vi så ham sjældent.

Fantastisk ferie i smukt gammelt hus med den lækreste pool, som blev benyttet flittigt i det meget varme vejr med over 40 grader hver dag. Skønt område nær mindre by med indkøbsmulighed (Coop) og lokal restaurant midt i byen, hvor vi spiste lækker og billig toscanske mad flere gange. Der var også den lækreste isbutik på hovedgaden. Huset er gammelt og lidt slidt men skønt. Der er alle faciliteter. Vi manglede intet og havde en virkelig dejlig ferie.

Kaikki tarpeellinen, monta vessaa ja suihkua, keittiön uuni hidas. Ulkoalueet tosi hyvin hoidettu ja neljä eri pöytäryhmää pihalla. Kantomatkaa tosin kertyi tavaroille, samoin kuin neljästä kerroksesta porrastreeniä. Reippaille ulkoilijoille sopiva, ei perheille.

La piscine n était pas propre pendant les 4 premiers jours de notre séjour. La personne de contact a eu 1h de retard à la remise des clés.
