Grocery 400 m, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 400 m, bar, bus stop "C12" 50 m, railway station "Lugano" 14 km, outdoor swimming pool 4 km. Marina 2.5 km, golf course (18 hole) 13 km, surf school 3 km. Nearby attractions: Villa Fogazzaro Roi, Balcone D'Italia-Sighignola, Cascate di Begna, Grotte di Rescia, Menaggio, Lugano. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Como. Fijn vakantiehuis op toplocatie Robbert v.

La Spiagetta in Cima is een heerlijk verblijf met een fantastische ligging direct aan het Luganomeer. Het huis is schoon, heeft een goed uitgeruste keuken (inclusief vaatwasser), en een fijn terras met uitzicht op het water. Dorpjes en steden zijn goed bereikbaar. Een paar aandachtspunten: de douchekop in de benedenbadkamer kan beter, en de tuin is vanwege trapjes en afstapjes wat minder geschikt voor jonge kinderen – al hebben die zich alsnog prima vermaakt. Ich war mit 7 langjährigen Freunden im Ferienhaus La Spaggetta und der Aufenthalt war wirklich traumhaft. Das Wetter war zwar eher durchwachsen, aber sobald die Sonne rauskam sind wir über den direkten Anschluss zum See baden gegangen. Es war eine unvergessliche Woche.

Zeer genoten van onze vakantie in La Spiaggetta. Sfeervol huis. Ook als het weer niet fantastisch, is het fijn vertoeven. Lekker groot, genoeg ruimte voor iedereen (2 stellen + 1 peuter). Fantastisch gelegen aan het meer, met steiger, fijn terras en meubilair. Diverse leuke stadjes en restaurants op korte rij-afstand (max. 30 minuten), inclusief het Como-meer. Houd rekening met: - geen airco - water/meer i.c.m. kinderen die niet kunnen zwemmen
