Small resort with 3'000 inhabitants, in the southern part of the region on the lake, at the end of a valley, in a central, idyllic position, 20 km south from Lugano, 14 km east from Luino (Lago Maggiore), 14 km north from Varese. In the resort: supermarket, bakery, bank, restaurant, bar. Besides: pharmacy. Sights Lungolago, Monte Grumello (680 m), Castello di Cuasso, Zoo Neggio: Zoo al Maglio 14 km, Cultural events Lugano 20 km, Varese 14 km. Das Haus war in einem ordentlichen und sauberen Zustand. Die Einrichtung ist älter und zum Teil abgewohnt. Die Gastgeber waren freundlich und die Übergabe hat problemlos funktioniert. Das Haus liegt nur wenige Gehminuten vom See, Restaurants und Bademöglichkeiten entfernt. Es gibt auch einen kleinen Garten mit Sitz- und Spielmöglichkeiten. Einziger Nachteil: Das Haus liegt direkt an einer zum Teil viel befahrenen Straße. Insbesondere am Wochenende und in den Morgenstunden ist es sehr laut.
