Ospedaletti 5 km from Sanremo: Large holiday development "Le Serre", 4 storeys. 5 km from the centre of Sanremo, 8 km from the centre of Bordighera, 1.2 km from the centre of Ospedaletti, in a sunny, elevated position on a slope, 1.5 km from the sea. For shared use: swimming pool (20 x 9 m, seasonal availability: 15.Jun. - 15.Sep.). In the house: lift. Public parking on the road. Grocery, restaurant 600 m, bus stop 50 m, railway station "Sanremo" 6 km, pebble beach 1.5 km. Please note: car recommended. 24hr guard. The complex consists of 3-storey buildings with the terrace with wonderful view. The pool is accessible by stairs and using the swimming-cap is an obligation.

Location Description Sanremo

Well known resort on the western Riviera, Sanremo is a small lively city with its famous Casino – The Ariston theatre – where the popular music festival takes place every February. There is a picturesque tourist harbor and a nice sand and rocky beach. Sanremo is an ideal base for excursions to the surrounding villages on the hills (San Romolo) or to Montecarlo and the Cote d'Azur. Well-known town with 55'000 inhabitants, in the western part of the region, directly by the sea, 20 km west from Imperia, 15 km east from Ventimiglia, 40 km east from Montecarlo. In the resort: supermarket, shops, boutiques, bank, restaurant, bar, casino, museum, cinema. Access: railway station in the resort.

Seul le dénivelé jusqu'a la plage. Est contraignant.. Escaliers ou voiture a choisir.. Beau sejour. Bon confort Station plaisante . Pres de san remo. Plus animee. Parfait

la vista è bellissima, indimenticabile, ma non basta. Abbiamo trovato un appartamento che non era pronto per passare una vacanza tranquilla e in comodità. Ci volevano 4 giorni per sistemare i servizi: TV e Wi-fi che alla fine era molto lento. Abbiamo trovato un TV di vecchia generazione, senza decoder per poter guardare. Terrazzo è meno 25 m2, come da descrizione, con un tavolo senza sedia se non contiamo le 2 che sono rotti, tenda rotta, ombrellone in un posto scomodo,, non come alla foto.
