Cosy, comfortable terraced house. In the resort Capo Testa, 4 km from the centre of Santa Teresa di Gallura, 150 m from the sea, 250 m from the beach. For shared use: natural garden (fenced). 150 m long narrow motor access to 10 m from the house. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 3.5 km, restaurant, bar 250 m, bus stop 2 km, sandy beach "Zia Culumba" 250 m, rocky beach "Colonne Romane" 400 m. Marina 5 km. Nearby attractions: Palau 25 km, Arzachena 35 km, Olbia 60 km. Please note: car recommended.

Die Ferienunterkunft schaut im Internet klasse aus, aber sdie Realität ist eine andere. Total ungepflegter und verwilderter Garten und Terasse. Möbel, Fenster und Türen alt und abgeblättert. Es riecht in der ganzen Wohnung vermodert und muffig. Alles wirkt sehr ungepflegt. Dies entspricht in keinster Weiße dem gezahlten Preis.

Leider eine große Enttäuschung – absolutRezan A.

Große Enttäuschung! Wohnung war dreckig, roch modrig, Bad unhygienisch, Duschkopf kaputt, Küche unsauber. Bettwäsche fehlte. Trotz vieler Anrufe kaum Hilfe – erst nach Stunden kam jemand, der nur Wäsche brachte und Beschwerden ignorierte. Hat unseren Urlaub ruiniert. Nicht zu empfehlen!
