Heating available only from 01.11. to 07.04. 2nd upper floor: 1 double bedroom with fan. Bath/bidet/WC. Garden 18 m2, porch 12 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Very beautiful distant view of the valley. Facilities: washing machine, iron. Internet (WiFi, free). No internal connecting door between the separated properties. Location Description Camaiore

34 m a.s.l. >>Camaiore, situated in a basin surrounded by hills at the foot of the Apuanian Alps, has an historic town centre within the old town walls which is home to many handicraft shops. Numerous festivals and markets are held here in summer where art craftsmen and dealers are represented from all over Italy. Well-known, historical, busy resort with 30'000 inhabitants, in the north-western part of the region 8 km from the sea, in a convenient position, 25 km north-west from Lucca, 10 km north from Viareggio. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort.

Summer

The town of Camaiore was founded by the Romans, in the Middle Ages it was important to stop the FRANCIGENA. At 12 km the Versilia with its famous sandy beaches, shops and popular tourist attractions. A 12 km Pietrasanta and his art, where Michelangelo was staying when he went to Carrara (35 km).

Vi tillbringade en underbar vecka i Camaiore och i Casa di Nena. Boendet var relativt enkelt, men väldigt charmigt. Allt vi önskade fanns att tillgå F. som ansvarade för huset var väldigt tillmötesgående, svarade på alla våra frågor omgående, rekommenderade sevärdheter och restauranger. Vi anlände sent på kvällen, men det var inga problem. Nycklarna fanns att hämta i en nyckelbox i anslutning till huset. När vi önskade senare utcheckning fick vi stanna vid poolområdet till kl. 14

We hebben twee weken vakantie gevierd in casa di Nena. Mooi huis, heerlijk privé zwembad. Het huis ligt op een berg, ca 4 km van het dorpje, je moet het dus niet vervelend vinden elke dag een berg op en af te rijden. Er is geen airco en geen WIFI. Het huis is verder van alle gemakken voorzien en heeft ruimte voor 7 personen. Mooi plekje in een mooie omgeving.

Wir haben wegen Corona ein Haus mit Pool zur Alleinnutzung gewählt und waren sehr zufrieden. Der Ausblick ist toll. Optimal für 4-6 Personen.

Casa Di Nena was a rustic, simple home with amazing views to the sea, stunning sunsets and endless views of lush green. It is hilly and a short walk up hill from parking the car and I wouldn't therefore advise it for people with poor mobility. The home has no wi-fi and lots of little quirky features which suited my party who just wanted a pure escape from everything.

Équipements inexistants, prestations plus que mediocres par rapport au prix, État de la maison et de la piscine qui laissent à désirer, transats cassés, lits non faits, literie très mauvaise, chambre à l’extérieur non isolée donc pièce étouffante, 1 salle de bain inutilisable car fuite d’eau,… abattant toilettes cassé, pas un canapé pour de détendre… bref très déçus….

Das Anwesen liegt etwas abseits (2km von Camaiore entfernt) in den Bergen in einer kleinen SIedlung. Vom sehr schönen und gepflegten Garten- und Poolbereich hat man einen traumhaften Ausblick in die malerische Landschaft. Leider gibt es einige negative Punkte: - Das Haus ist nur mäßig sauber. - Die Betten sind sehr alt und unbequem - In 2 von 4 Betten ist durch die Poolpumpe fast durchgehend eine sehr hohe Geräuschkulisse (laute Nächte) - Die launische Besitzerin war nicht sehr gastfreundlich
