Location Description Massarosa

10 m a.s.l. >>Massarosa is situated at the foot of the Apuanian Alps, only a few kilometres away from the Lago Massaciuccoli, which is a nature reserve and attracts many different types of bird. The Giacomo Puccini villa is located on the bank nearest to the sea and hosts open-air opera festivals. Viareggio is also just as easy to reach with its beautiful sandy beaches and nightlife. The "Sagra della Ranocchiocciola" is a well-known festival. Resort with 20'000 inhabitants, in the north-western part of the region 8 km from the sea, on a slope, in a convenient position, 10 km east from Viareggio, 18 km west from Lucca. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 10 km.

Talo vastasi kuvausta, kulkureitti talolle haastava isolle autolle. Talon kunto ja siisteys jätti hieman toivomisen varaa. Palvelu paikan päällä hyvä, joskin vain osin englanniksi.

E. hat uns härzlich empfangen und ist sehr zuvorkommend.Die Anfahrt ist etwas steil und eng aber ohne Probleme zumutbar.Alles gemäss Beschreibung i.O.Inkl. der tollen Aussicht. Die Villa ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles funktioniert tadellos.Defekte Tennisschläger wurden noch am selben Tag anstandslos ersetzt.Ausflugsziele sowie der Strand sind mit dem Auto in kürze erreichbar.Kl. Laden und ein Restaurant in unmittelbarer Nähe.Preis-Leitung voll Okay Wir danke für die tolle Zeit

Huset ligger på klippeskrænt med en fantastisk udsigt. der er 20% stigning op til den lille by. Meget smal og kun for meget øvede bilister. At gå til "købmand" efter brød er så op af den stejle vej .Grunden er stor, men hun pool området er anvendeligt. Der lugter forfærdeligt af kloak i stuen og grill området er i dårlig stand. Trænger til renovering.

Thank you for the information. The keyholder can be requested for a cleaning of the barbeque and inspection of the sewage smell during the stay, so guests do not have to live in such discomfort. In any case, these have now been resolved.

Das Haus und das Anwesen sind toll, aber schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Kamin war zwar vorhanden aber leider nicht benutzbar, der Pool wurde gerade renoviert, war aber nicht schlimm war im März so oder so keine Badezeit, einzig den Außenbereich konnte man dadurch fast nicht nutzen. Die Anfahrt zum Haus sollte man nicht mit einen zu großen Auto planen, auch war ich sehr froh über den 4 Rad Antrieb meines Fahrzeugs. Der Raum mit dem Billiardtisch war vollgestellt und nicht nutzbar

Zufahrtstrasse war katastrophal. Sehr enge Kurve 50 grad steigung mit seitlichen abhang ohne Geländer. Grill mit Fleischreste und Fettablagerung. Küchenutensilien waren dreckig. 2 Klimaanlagen waren defekt. Statt die Elektrogeräte VOR bezug zu kontrollieren und nicht warten bis sich der Mieter sich meldet und auf den Techniker warten muss.

Mit größeren Fahrzeugen kann dies eine Herausforderung darstellen. Wir bedauern eventuelle Unannehmlichkeiten. Bezüglich der Klimaanlagen möchten wir klarstellen, dass diese funktionsfähig waren. Das Problem lag an der Fernbedienung, die umgehend nach Ihrer Meldung ersetzt wurde. Wir hoffen, dass wir Sie wieder begrüßen dürfen.

Huset har en gang vært flott, men bærer sterkt preg av manglende vedlikehold. Det er hullete møbler, utelys som ikke virker, gaffateip på badestige, bordtennes og Tennsibanen ikke brukbart. Ser man bort fra dette er beliggenheten og omgivelsen flotte. Bassenget er releativt stort med behagelig temperatur.

Et helt igennem dejligt feriested for den store familie. Alle nødvendige faciliteter og mere til. Nemt og bekvemt blot at slappe af. Dog er tilkørselsvejen håbløs. Behageligt servicepersonale som altid var nemme at kommunikere med. Så vi vil på alle måder anbefale dette dejlige feriested.

Die Zufahrt ist für grosse PKW nicht geeignet. Das Haus wird nicht den Bildern entsprechend in Stand gehalten. Im ganzen Haus sowie im Garten ist der Gestank der Kanalisation zu riechen. Die Aussicht ist aber sehr schön.
