510 m a.s.l. >>Famous resort with 1'500 inhabitants, in the north-eastern part of the region, in a convenient position, 40 km south-east from Girona, 110 km north-east from Barcelona. Supermarket, shops, restaurant, bar, attractions. Bay is shared with neighbouring Palamos and its coves, joined by the Paseo de Ronda (interesting and pretty), arriving at Platja D'Aro. Promenade is ideal for bicycles and skating, there are all services offering: rental of jetskis, windsurfers etc.

Heel mooi huis. Toen wij aankwamen was alles netjes en schoon. De kamers zijn heel ruim. De keuken is groot alleen was er geen koffie apparaat wat wel in de beschrijving stond.

Mooi vrijstaand huis in rustige wijk met grote tuin en zwembad. Geschikt voor 8 mensen en 4 slaapkamers en 3 badkamers aanwezig. Alles is prima in orde, voorzien van klassiek Spaans interieur dat wat ouder is en vrij standaard.

Für uns hat das Haus alles gehabt was wir gebraucht haben. Wir waren 6 Personen Kleinkind. Jeder hatte sein eigenes Bad. In der Küche war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Der Pool war super gepflegt. Einfahrt war eng aber es passen zwei Autos rein. Lage ist gut, zu Fuß brauch man 15 Minuten zum Strand.

Wir verbrachten 2 schöne Wochen in dem grossen Haus an schöner Lage. Der Pool war leider bei unserer Ankunft sehr verschmutzt und wurde erst nach Anfragen nach 2 Tagen gereinigt. Der Geschirrspüler stand unter Strom - leider sehr gefährlich!!! Die Aussicht ins Grüne und das Haus war top! Schöne Lage und auch ums Haus hat man viele Sitz- und Verweilmöglichkeiten! Die Küchenausstattung war ebenfalls super!

El chalet como en las fotos. El exterior es estupendo y el interior muy amplio. Disponía de todo lo necesario, incluidas sábanas y toallas, esto último no muy normal por la zona. Se necesita coche para casi todo, aunque a la playa se podría llegar en unos 15-20 minutos andando

La casa estaba correctamente equipada y nos gustó, pero el jardín estaba totalmente descuidado. Por el precio que pagamos de la casa el jardín tendría que estar cuidado, al igual que la piscina, de la cual no tenemos ninguna queja, estaba muy bien. El cesped totalmente seco y la vegetación del jardín medio muerta por falta de riego y cuidado. En ese sentido estamos descontentos

Slechts 2 minpunten: afzuigkap is smerig; duidelijk nog nooit schoongemaakt. Vanuit hygienisch oogpunt onverantwoord. Afwasmachine: de zijkanten aan de binnenkant geven een lichte electrische shock bij aanraking. NB: check de electriciteitsaansluiting daar. Voor al het overige: niets dan lof!

Cette résidence est en tout point identique au descriptif de l'annonce,Son environnement est calme et sa proximité de la plage très agréable . Fonctionnelle et trés bien équipée elle est a recommander par son rapport qualité/prix. Une note particulière doit être donnée à l'Agence de Sant Antoni de Calonge dont la courtoisie,la réactivité , l'efficacité et le professionnalisme face a de menus problèmes domestiques ont été applaudis par l'ensemble des participants de notre groupe. Casa grande, con amplias estancias y un fantástico porche, barbacoa. equipamiento muy limitado, antiguo y de baja calidad, utensilios de cocina paellas, tuvimos que comprar. instalación de agua caliente, dificultad en planta superior, cocina y baños antiguos. Jardín, césped poco cuidado.Wifi muy limitado. Por la noche cercanía de la carretera limita la esperable tranquilidad del entorno. En conjunto bien, el espacio y el verano que permite hacer vida en el porche, hemos disfrutado.
