"Can Segue", 6-room house 200 m2 on 2 levels. Spacious, comfortable and beautiful furnishings: dining room with dining table. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (150 cm), fan. Mezzanine. Living room with open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Exit to the terrace. Bath/WC, shower/WC. On the lower ground floor: 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds and fan. 1 room with 1 french bed (150 cm), fan. Bath/shower/WC, double hand-basin. Oil heating. Heating available only from 01.04. to 15.05. 2 large terraces. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Marvellous panoramic view of the sea and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, safe, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Beautiful farm estate "Can Segue", 3 storeys, detached, surrounded by meadows and fields. 7 km from the centre of Pollensa, 14 km from the centre of Puerto Pollensa, 23 km from the centre of Inca, on top of a hill, 8 km from the sea. Private: property 4'000 m2 (fenced), well-kept terraced garden with wildlife garden and trees, meadow, swimming pool (9 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower. Stepped path to the house. Parking on the premises. Shop 6 km, bus stop "Pollença" 2.5 km, sandy beach "Puerto de Alcúdia" 8 km. Golf course (9 hole) 10 km. Please note: car recommended.

Location Description Pollença

Well-known resort with 17'000 inhabitants, 50 km from Palma de Mallorca. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Pollença offers the vistors a great association of sea and mountain, very rich botanic area, ideal for the nature lovers. The town is formed by former villages Pollença, Puerto Pollença and Cala Sant Vicente. Places of interest: the Roman bridge, the Museum of Pollença, House-Museum Dionís Bennàssar. International music festival in summer. The major celebration takes place the first week of August: Festa de la Patronna.

Wir hatten die Finca für 1 Woche mit 5 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern gebucht. An sich sind das Haus und das Grundstück wirklich schön und gut angelegt aber leider war das Inventar und die Ausstattung sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Auch die generelle Sauberkeit ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig. In 2 Zimmer ging keine Deckenbeleuchtung, Fenster waren teilweise nicht verschließbar, in den Duschkabine gab es reichlich Schimmelflecken, um nur einige Beispiel zu nennen. Wir würden es nicht noch einmal buchen.

Stort flot hus med en fantastisk have, pool og virkelig flot udsigt over Pollencabugten. Det var pænt og rent. Køkkenet fungerer, men er temmelig noget mht bestik og service. Opvaskerens nederste skuffe mangler et par hjul, så den er svær at styre. Tag opvaskebørste med hjemmefra.

Die Lage war für uns sehr gut. Der Anfahrtsweg war teilweise eng aber geteert und nicht lang. Der Aussenbereich mit Pool war sehr schön. Die Aussendusche in der grossen Vase war mit Algen verschmutzt. Das Geschirr, Besteck, Pfannen usw…waren alt und sehr gebraucht. Auch die Möbel waren alt und abgenutzt und schmutzig (Couch). Badezimmer und WC waren alt aber OK. Es befanden sich 4 Gecos und 1 Eidechse im Haus. Trotzdem hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt in dieser ursprünglichen Stein Finka

Ein sehr schönes, großes altes Haus aus Naturstein, dessen Anblick uns jeden Tag erfreute. Es hat sehr großzügige Zimmer, die teils zweckmäßig, teils aufwändig eingerichtet sind. Einziger Wehrmutstropfen waren die zu harten Betten. Im Nachhinein haben wir erfahren, dass wir auch weichere Matratzen hätten bestellen können. Das Grundstück ist sehr groß und mit vielen Sträuchern und Palmen bewachsen. Der Infinity Pool ist sehr schön angelegt. Ein Traum, jeden Tag mit einem tollen Meeresblick zu beg

Finca und Grundstück herrlich idyllisch und sehr gepflegt. Lediglich die Ausstattung mit Geschirr, Sitzkissen, Decken etc ist sehr einfach und spartanisch.

Dom spełniał nasze oczekiwania. Jest okazały. Basen był bardzo dobrze utrzymany z ciepła wodą. Dom jest położony na bardzo dużym terenie, jest też bardzo przestronny. Spędzaliśmy wakacje z małymi dziećmi. Dużo przestrzeni wspólnej, miejsca do gotowania. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona. Minusem były twarde materace, a nadto brak środków czystości takich jak papier toaletowy, worki na śmieci, szufelka do sprzątania. W szafach w dolnych pokojach czuć było lekki zapach stęchlizny.
