Die Wohnung liegt im Delta, 10 Minuten von See und Maggia. Die meisten Wohnungen im Block sind von Familien bewohnt, die in Locarno ihren festen Wohnsitz haben. Der Wohnblock ist also kein Touristensilo, was uns sehr angenehmn war. Zahlreiche Einkaufsgelegenheiten im Umkreis von 10 Gehminuten. Ebenso Tesla- Supercharger... Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Diese Wohnung war genau wie beschrieben. Sehr bequeme Betten und sehr sauber. Auch die Lage in Locarno war sehr gut: Supermarkt und Seeufer in wenigen Minuten zu fuß erreichbar.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr Zentral gelegen. In wenigen Minuten ist man auf der Piazza Grande, bei der Falconeria oder beim Lido. Wir sind immer mal wieder in Locarno und in dieser Location.

Tolle Wohnung für einen Kurz- sowie Langzeitaufenthalt. Gut gelegen, in Gehdistanz zu See, Altstadt, Einkaufen und Restaurants. Insgesamt ruhige Lage, etwas Lärm von den Schulhäusern, welcher aber nicht störend und auch nur während den Schulzeiten ist. Helle Wohnung, Sonne auf dem Balkon im Februar von ca. 13.30 Uhr bis Sonnenuntergang. Wohnung ist sehr gut und bequem eingerichtet, man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Sehr sauber. Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe mit Safe im Briefkasten.

Die Unterkunft bietet alles, was man braucht. Sie ist gut gelegen und das Zentrum von Locarno ist bequem zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig, speziell auch in der Nacht. Betten sind bequem und die Internetleitung hält bequem 2 Laptops mit parallelen Videokonferenzen aus. Es gibt sogar einen eigenen Schreibtisch zum Arbeiten, falls das gewünscht ist. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Die Ferienwohnung war gut ausser bei diesen Punkten: - Es hat keine Klimaanlage und bei 30° draussen war es dann permanent 26° drinnen... - Checkout bereits am Morgen um 09:30 und ab 09:15 drängelt die Putzfrau ist fast ein bisschen frech, wenn man noch alles aufräumen soll. (Ist ja kein Hotelzimmer) Danke und freundliche Grüsse

Schöne, gut gelegene Wohnung mit hervorragenden Betten. Leider sehr warm im Sommer und etwas laut, da sich vorne und hinten je eine Schule befindet und die auf Seite Balkon auch als Treffpunkt bis in die Nacht genutzt wird - auch ausserhalb der Ferienzeit. Bratpfannen nur aus Metall, in denen ohne literweise Öl alles anbrennt. Fehlende Mikrowelle und Backhandschuhe, so auch keine Gefässe für den Ofen. Viel zu wenig Geschirr für die Spülmaschine.

Insgesamt hat uns die Wohnung sehr gut gefallen. Sie ist modern, geräumig, sauber und sehr gut gelegen. Einziger Minuspunkt ist die spartanisch eingerichtete Küche. Zudem würden wir es sehr schätzen, wenn schon Öl, Zucker, Gewürze etc. vorhanden wären.

Die Wohnung liegt zentral und doch ruhig und ist sehr hochwertig ausgestattet. Empfehlung: Fahrräder mitnehmen! So ist man noch schneller am See und an der Promenade.
