    2-room apartment 42 m2 on 2nd floor. Renovated in 2014, modern and cosy furnishings: entrance hall with separate WC. Living/dining room with 1 sofabed, dining nook and satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. 1 small room with sliding door, without window with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bath/shower. Small balcony 7 m2. Balcony furniture. Very beautiful view of the mountains. Please note: non-smokers only. The place in the underground garage at the house with an elevator.


    Bad Hofgastein: Large, cosy apartment block "Alexander-Moser". 5 houses in the residence. In the resort, 250 m from the centre, in a quiet, sunny position. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, washing machine, tumble dryer (extra). Motor access to the grounds. Stepped path (8 steps) to the house. Parking at the house. Supermarket 500 m, restaurant 100 m, outdoor swimming pool 300 m, thermal baths "Therme Hofgastein" 300 m. Golf course 5 km, skisport facilities 1 km, ski bus stop 150 m, ski school 1 km, cross country ski track 50 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Bad Hofgastein, Dorfgastein-Großarl, Sportgastein. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).     Gute Position ca. 150 Meter von AlpenTherme, 400 Meter von Schlossalmbahn. Ruhige Umgebung, weit von Bundesstrasse, Langlaufpisten hinten und seitlich von dem Haus. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet. Das Haus war nicht komplett ausgebucht und war ruhig: unsere Baby konnte gut am Mittag schlafen Show more gehen. Show less

    Am Ortsrand gelegen, trotzdem so zentral, daß alle für die Touristen gewünschten Wege gut zu Fuß gemacht werden konnten. Das Appartement ist perfekt ausgestattet, besonders hervorzuheben ist das reichlich vorhandene Geschirr etc. Die Betten waren für unseren Geschmack etwas zu schmal, aber wir Show more haben uns rasch daran gewöhnt.
