Bright, partly with sloping ceilings, beautiful furnishings: on the lower ground floor: 1 room with 1 double bed and shower/WC. Upper floor: (exterior staircase) open living/sleeping room with sloping ceilings with 1 double sofabed, dining table, dining nook and satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. 2 rooms with sloping ceilings, each room with 1 sofabed and 1 double bed. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining nook. Shower/WC. Heating. Parquet floors, carpet. Balcony, west facing position. Balcony furniture. Beautiful panoramic view of the mountains. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (3 cars). Please note: one double bedroom is outside the apartment. Non-smokers only. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. No internal connecting door between the floors. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, one floor will not be available for use.

1'170 - 1'600 m a.s.l. >>Laengenfeld is located in the centre of the Oetz valley and is therefore ideally situated for all leisure activities Quiet holiday village with 4'300 inhabitants, 68 km south-west from Innsbruck. In the resort: shops, restaurant, bar. The "Aqua Dome" natural thermal baths opened on the 1st October 2004: Austria's most modern wellness world - 50 000 m2 of warm thermal waters from a depth of 1860m offering also children's entertainment, sauna world, restaurant and medical competence centre.

Sehr schönes Appartement mit toller Aussicht und naheliegenden Möglichkeiten zum Wandern und Landschaft genießen. Hatten unseren kleinen Schäferhund Welpen dabei, dem hat es auch super gefallen. Franco unser Gastgeber ist super symphatisch und war immer hilfsbereit.

F de huiseigenaar, is een vriendelijk man en ontvangt u hartelijk. Echter wel enkele minpunten: Er werd afgesproken dat het huishoudelijk afval in de gang mocht geplaatst worden (niet buiten want dan zouden de katten de zakken kunnen openkrabben) en dat dit meerdere keren per week zou worden opgehaald. Het huisvuil werd echter nooit opgehaald tijdens de week dat wij in het appartement verbleven. Het textiel (handdoeken en beddegoed) hadden een duidelijk herkenbare tabakgeur.

Die Wohnung liegt gut gelegen am Ortsrand von Huben mit unverstellter Sicht auf die Berge. Gastronomie und Laden sind fußläufig erreichbar. Mehr Lokale und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in 5min mit dem Auto in Längenfeld zu erreichen. Viele Wanderziele liegen vor der Haustür oder sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Unsere Hunde waren willkommen, auch wenn sie gelegentlich gebellt haben. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett. Preis/Leistung waren gut. Gerne wieder.

Preis/Leistung war gut. Hunde (2) Sind willkommen und auch kein Problem, wenn diese mal bellen. Die Lage war vorteilhaft mit schöner Aussicht und guter Erreichbarkeit von Supermarkt, Gastronomie und vielen Ausflugs-/Wanderzielen.

Wir haben diese Wohnung reserviert weil wir 3 Schafzimmer wollten. Leider befand sich eines der Schlafzimmer ausserhalb der Wohnung , dass heisst im Erdgeschoss mit den Inhaber.
