Kitchenette (dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC, sep. WC. Underfloor heating. Facilities: safe. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Private entrance. Note: two rooms have basement windows (no view).

In the house: storage room for skis. Bread roll service. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 800 m, restaurant 1 km, bus stop "Sölden Wildmoos" 52 m, railway station "Ötztal Bahnhof" 38.5 km, indoor swimming pool 2.3 km. Ski lift 1 km, gondola lift 1 km, slopes 1 km, ski bus stop 20 m, cross country ski track 1.1 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Gaislachkoglbahn 1 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). The owner lives in the same residence. Ski bus: from Christmas to approx. Easter 4 trips daily to the mountain gondola and back.

Cross country ski tracks, winter walking paths 30 km. Toboggan runs. Natural ice rink, indoor tennis centre. Ski bus (free of charge). Sports centre: Leisure Arena Sölden: tennis hall, bowling alleys, restaurant, Fit forFun, indoor pool, adventure sauna. At the ELECTRIC MOUNTAIN FESTIVAL, a top-class lineup from the global DJ scene in the Ötztal will set mountains and party people into rhythmic vibrations over several weekends in spring. Extra: At the Sölden/​Hochsölden Ski School you get a 10% discount on ski and snowboard courses longer than 3 days (except for packages that also include equipment). When renting winter sports items, you will receive a 15% discount on the official rental prices in all Sport Glanzer shops in Sölden and Hochsölden.

Küche mangelhaft ausgestattet, kein Salatbesteck, Backofen, Pfannen alle zerkratzt usw. Skikeller incl. bedeutet ohne Skischuhheizung. Wir hatten so nasse und kalte Füße. Heizung nicht selbst regulierbar, auf unseren Wunsch etwas wärmer zu heizen, sagte die Vermieterin wir wären sicher nur müde und würden deshalb frieren. Es gibt insgesamt nur 3 kleine Fenster, die Wohnung ist ein ausgebautes, dunkles Kellerloch. Niemals in Österreich so einem unzufriedenen, unfreundlichen Menschen begegnet.

Wir haben normalerweise eine gute Beziehung zur Eigentümerin und Gäste sind meist zufrieden. Küchenutensilien werden saisonal geprüft und aktualisiert. Bitte informieren Sie die Eigentümerin, falls etwas fehlt, damit es ersetzt werden kann. Die Heizung ist auf das maximal zulässige Niveau eingestellt, wie Ihnen erklärt wurde. Wir entschuldigen uns für entstandene Unannehmlichkeiten.

Really nice for big family or friends. The bedrooms and bathrooms were super the downside was no micro or Owen and a lack of some kitchen utilities. Perfect location if you drive but the bus stop was outside and we did not try that to be fair

Wir waren 7 Personen. Die Unterkunft war ausreichend groß und sehr sauber. Man hatte alle notwendigen Utensilien, welche man benötigt. Das Skigebiet war über den Skibus Super zu erreichen. Gern wieder, wenn wir noch Mal nach Sölden fahren.
