Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining nook and satellite TV. Exit to the balcony. Bath/shower/WC. Carpet. Balcony. Beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.

In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Bread roll service. Parking at the house. Shop, grocery, restaurant 400 m, bus stop "Kappl Bild" 150 m. Ski lift 1 km, gondola lift 1 km, slopes 50 m, ski bus stop 400 m. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. Member for Silvretta Card Premium: valid from summer 2023 - unlimited use of all open mountain railways and local public transport in Paznaun, Samnaun and Montafon/Brandnertal, as well as unlimited use of the Silvretta High Alpine Road.

Die Lage ist super. Küche ist gut ausgestattet. WLAN Empfang leider nur sehr unzureichend. Die beiden Schlafräume müssten dringend mal renoviert werden und die Matratzen sind sehr durchgelesen. Das Bad ist ok, allerdings ist die Badewanne überflüssig.

Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich (alle sind auffällig freundlich gewesen in unserem Sommerurlaub in Österreich). Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Das Schlaf-und Kinderzimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber das weiß man vorher, da man es auf den Bildern sieht. Da es keine richtigen Rollos gibt, sollte man irgendwas zum Verdunkeln mitnehmen. Insgesamt eine gute Wohnung von der aus man viele Wandertouren (zunächst mit dem Auto/Sommerbus) starten kann! Kinder und Hund waren herzlich willkommen

Sehr schlechte und billige Ausstattung. Matratzen sind alt, teilweise fleckig und durchgelegen, Lattenrost in der Mitte durchgebrochen, Betten nur 1,90, Küche hat eine sehr abgenutzte Küchenbank, aus dem Backofen ist die Dichtung herausgerissen.

Nach Rücksprache mit unserem lokalen Manager können wir bestätigen, dass die Matratzen ausgetauscht wurden, der Lattenrost ersetzt und der Ofen repariert wurde. Zusätzlich wurde die Küchenbank erneuert. Ihre Zufriedenheit ist uns wichtig, und wir arbeiten kontinuierlich daran, unseren Service und die Ausstattung unserer Objekte zu verbessern. Es war alles wie erwartet. Die Betten müssten mal erneuert werden.

Wir (4 Personen + Hund) hatten eine Woche Aufenthalt. Der Wohnung fehlt es an nichts. Sie ist gut ausgestattet und bietet einen wundervollen Ausblick. Noch besser jedoch ist die Lage. Man läuft bis zur Skipiste ca. 90 Sekunden. Perfekt für jeden Wintersportler. Bis auf zwei kleine Makel (Wasserkocher, Duschtasse) war alles super. Die Wohnung war zudem ziemlich sauber. Das Mobiliar in den Schlafzimmer erinnert an einen älteren Einrichtungsstil.

Ligging is top, eigen waterval als je uit het raam kijkt, dat zie je niet vaak. Appartement is prima uitgerust, ruime kamers en genoeg kastruimte. Badkamer compleet en schoon. De keuken is erg goed uitgerust, daar hebben we goed gebruik van gemaakt! Wi-Fi is niet super, maar weinig aan gemist. Omgeving biedt veel uitstapjes te voet of met kabelbaan (gratis Silvretta kaart vooor in de regio, gratis tripjes kabelbaan) erg mooi stukje Oostenrijk. We hadden het top!

Netjes schoon, zeer complete keuken met grote koelkast en een groot afzonderlijk vriesvak. Met 2 slaapkamers een fijne privacy. Locatie is 50 meter van de piste. N.B.: De wifi is gratis (op site staat € 10).
