The European sports region, 80 km southwest of Salzburg, with the neighboring towns of Zell am See (757 m), Kaprun (763 m) and Piesendorf (785 m) extends between the Hohe Tauern National Park in the south, the Kitzbüheler Alpen in the west and the Lake Zell in the east. The small town of Zell am See, situated on the west bank of the lake of the same name, invites you to stroll with its beautiful old town. Numerous cozy inns, restaurants and bars. 8 km from Zell am See, You will find the former mountain village Kaprun, which has become an attractive year-round destination thanks to the development of the glacier ski area on the Kitzsteinhorn. Between Zell am See (9 km) and Kaprun (5 km), with a clear view of the three thousand meter peaks of the Hohe Tauern, lies Piesendorf with nice village inns, a swimming pool and many cycling and hiking trails. Swimming lake in Niedernsill (6 km). Wir kommen seit vielen Jahren, wenn es geht öfter im Jahr. Allein die Aussicht vom Balkon ist traumhaft.

Die Ferienwohnung ist schön groß, perfekt für eine Familie mit mehreren Kindern. Der Blick vom Balkon in die Berge und über das Tal war fantastisch. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Positiv waren auch die 2 vorhandenen Bäder. Das Einzige was uns in unserem 2-wöchigen Urlaub fehlte war ein Sofa, ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden. Die Gastgeber waren immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es gab sogar einen Brötchenservice.

Schöne, geräumige Unterkunft mit toller Aussicht! Sehr nette Gastgeber, es war unkompliziert und angenehm, wir haben uns wohlgefühlt! Toll auch, dass man direkt von der Haustür aus zu verschiedenen Wanderungen starten kann.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Die Gastgeberfamilie ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. In der Wohnung war es warm und sauber.

Gelegen op een mooie locatie op een berg met uitzicht over het dal. Een prima uitvalsbasis voor skidagen in Zell am See, Kaprun (Kitzsteinhorn gletsjer) en Saalbach Hinterglemm. Het appartement met 3 slaapkamers was ruim, de bedden lagen prima, de keuken was compleet en de eetkamer ruim. Het appartement is vanwege de diverse trappen op en af, minder toegankelijk voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn.
