Exit to the balcony, to the terrace, to the patio. 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm). Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, freezer). Shower/WC. Balcony 20 m2, south facing position, terrace 20 m2, patio 15 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs. View of the forest. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.


    Cosy chalet "Gramart". Above Innsbruck, 6 km from the centre, in a quiet position, along the wooded area, 1.8 km from the skiing area. Private: property, garden. Outdoor shower, barbecue. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Grocery 6 km, restaurant 200 m, bus stop 1.7 km. Golf course 6 km, ski lift 1.8 km, skisport facilities 1.8 km, ski school 1.8 km. Nearby attractions: Innsbruck 6 km, Swarovski Kristallwelten 30 km, Münzturm Hall 16 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Nordkette 1.8 km, Axamer Lizum 22 km, Stubaier Gletscher 44 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Natterer See 14 km. Hiking paths: Alpenpark Karwendel 1.8 km. Please note: car recommended.

    Beautiful quiet setting surrounded by woods & mountains + soothing sound of a rushing stream in the woods. Large living/eating area, well fitted kitchen. BBQ available + built in fire place to keep house warm.
