Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 double bed. 2 rooms, each room with 1 bed and 1 double bed. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bath/shower, 2 sep. WC's, double hand-basin. Oil heating, underfloor heating. Balcony 15 m2. Balcony furniture, electric barbecue (portable). Beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the resort. Facilities: baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (2 cars). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. There are 2 showers in the bathroom. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use.

Tolle, saubere Ferienwohnung mit einer sehr guten Ausstattung und einem sehr angenehmen und hilfsbereiten Vermieter. Auch die Lage ist prima, man schaut über ein weites Tal auf die Berge und ist dennoch nur einen Katzensprung vom Ortszentrum entfernt. Hier kann man es sich gut gehen lassen.

Aangenaam en ruim appartement op slechts een tiental minuutjes rijden van de kabelbaan. Alle voorzieningen zijn aanwezig en het appartement is heel proper. S. is tenslotte ook goed bereikbaar.

Great apartment with good beds, rooms and a cozy kitchen/living room. The apartment is one of 3 in the building, and they sadly share a terrible internet connection of only 20 mbit (measured at 0400 during the night when one of our kids woke). During the night is sadly also the _ONLY_ time that the internet worked. It just shut out since the internet / router / acces points all were bad. But that is the only real concern we had with out stay, besides that it was a great place.

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 3 kleinen Kindern in der Wohnung und es war super. Alles was man brauchte war vorhanden und es war alles sehr sauber. Die Lage war auch schön und man war auch zügig im Tal um Bus und Zug nutzen zu können. Wir hatten also nichts auszusetzen und würde wieder unseren Urlaub in der Unterkunft verbringen. Der Vermieter war ebenfalls super! Sehr freundlich!

Schönes Haus in toller Lage # mit Super Ausblick in ⛰️# Pro: Es ist ein schönes Haus mit schönen Ferienwohnung. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett und immer bemüht das alles in Ordnung ist. Auf Probleme wird sofort reagiert. Contra: Das Sofa in der Wohnküche ist schon etwas dolle abgenutzt und hard ( nicht bequem) da könnte auf jeden Fall einneues hin. Und für die größe der Ferienwohnung (die in der Mitte) sollte es auch nicht zu klein gewählt werden ☝️❗

Wir sind mit 7 Personen angereist und haben eine helle, saubere Wohnung bekommen. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und das Bad hat allen gefallen den es war groß und hatte zwei Duschen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich.

Wir sind seit 15 Jahren zu Gast im Zillertal und seit 10 Jahren zu Gast im Haus Stefan. Das Haus steht in perfekter Lage, ist prima ausgestattet und Stefan ist als Gastgeber absolut zu empfehlen. Wir haben bereits für Januar 2024 gebucht :)

Die Ferienwohnung war super sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Vermieter ist sehr, sehr nett. Man hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht in die Berge. Wir waren rundum absolut zufrieden und kommen jederzeit gerne wieder. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverältnis.

Die Ferienwohnung ist mit 3 Schlafzimmern sehr groß und bietet Familien mit mehreren Kindern oder Gruppen bis zu 8 Personen einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt bzw. einen erholsamen Urlaub mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht auf das Zillertal.

Unterkunft für Paar/re oder ähnliche sehr gut geeignet, für Kleinkinder eher nicht, da keine Spielmöglichkeiten ums Haus gegeben sind. Dafür gibt es im Tal bessere Möglichkeiten. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht ist hier genau richtig. Keine Partymeile. Tolle Ausblicke vom Balkon und aus den Fenstern, da im Hang gelegen. Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Sauberkeit ist hier besonders hervorzuheben. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir können uns vorstellen wieder hier zu wohnen.
