Comfortable and modern furnishings: open living/dining room with dining table, digital TV and international TV channels. 1 double bedroom with 1 bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). 1 double bedroom with 1 bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine, combination microwave). Shower/WC. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.

Modern, comfortable apartment block "Verborgen Pareltje", 4 storeys. In the centre of Bredene, in a central position, 250 m from the sea, 250 m from the beach, west facing position. In the house: lift. Shop 100 m, supermarket 200 m, restaurant 210 m, bicycle rental 280 m, tram "Bredene Campings" 300 m, bus stop "De Lijn" 900 m, railway station "Oostende" 7.7 km, sandy beach "Bredene" 350 m. Surf school 1.1 km, minigolf 100 m. Nearby attractions: sealife Blankenberge 16.5 km, wekelijkse markt op dinsdag, Royal Golf 5.3 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Bredene.

Location Description Bredene

Wether you're looking for an unforgettable holiday or a few days of rest, the beautiful Bredene, situated between Oostende and De Haan, can offer you all of these options. Bredene is the only town on the Belgian North Sea coast with large sand dunes that flow over in a fine sandy beach. Wide promenades, horseriding , swimming, many bike-routes,... fill up your days completely. The lovely town of Brugge, with with its many canals and medieval character, offers a different type of visit. Every Tuesday morning you can visit the weekly market in Bredene. Family-friendly bathing resort 600 m from the sea, 8 km from Oostende, 22 km from Brugge. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar. Besides: pharmacy.

Die Wohnung ist immer noch neuwertig, (Kleinigkeiten wurden seit unserem letzten Aufenthalt sogar verbessert), Sehr sauber, hell, ruhig und in guter Lage. Sehr gute Betten! Einziger Wermutstropfen bleibt der unschöne Hausflur - damit können wir leben, es wurde übrigens auch gestrichen. Die Abwicklung über Interhome insgesamt auch diesmal problemlos, sehr nette Mitarbeiter im Büro in Bredene.

Die Wohnung entspricht genau den Abbildungen, wer genau hinschaut, erkennt auch die etwas spartanische Einrichtung der Schlafzimmer (recht eng, nur in einem Zimmer ein Schrank, weder Nachttisch oder Ablagemöglichkeit, noch Leselampe).Dafür aber sehr gute Betten, ruhige Lage. 4. Stock ohne Aufzug war für uns o.k. Die unschöne, muffelige Eingangssituation im Hausflur wurde schon vorher beschrieben. Die Wohnung selbst war dafür neuwertig und sehr sauber. Wir würden sie wieder mieten.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, hell und modern eingerichtet. Es war sehr ruhig während unseres Aufenthalts, so dass man gut ausschlafen konnte. Man ist schnell am Strand und diverse Supermärkte befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Die Wohnung ist schön, das Haus nicht so. Leider war der Aufzug kaputt. Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Bildern zu sehen und hat einen tollen Ausblick. Betten waren gut. Die Dusche ist immer übergelaufen. Kleine Verbesserungen wurden weiter gegeben. Gut gelegen in einer Seitenstraße. Parken kann man kostenlos etwas außerhalb.
