Bright, comfortable and cosy furnishings: entrance hall with separate WC. 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed (140 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the garden. Shower. Heating. Upper floor: open living/dining room with dining table, TV, digital TV, international TV channels and air conditioning. Exit to the balcony. Open kitchen (dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, combination microwave). Balcony 8 m2, south-west facing position. Balcony furniture. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (1 car). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.

Small holiday development "Bredunepark", built in 2020. On the outskirts Bredene Aan Zee, in a sunny position, 700 m from the sea, 700 m from the beach. For shared use: garden (fenced) with lawn. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Supermarket 2 km, shopping centre 6 km, restaurant 800 m, bar 30 m, bakery 400 m, bicycle rental 2 km, tram "De Lijn 'Renbaan'" 550 m, bus stop "De Lijn" 90 m, railway station "NMBS Oostende" 8 km, sandy beach "Hyppo beach" 700 m. Golf course (18 hole) 3 km, surf school 3 km, minigolf 2 km. Nearby attractions: Fort Napoleon 4.6 km, Familiepark 'De Sierk' 2.5 km, Sealife Blankenberge 14 km, Plopsaland De Panne 43 km, Oostende 7 km, Brugge 20 km. Hiking paths: Duinpanpad 6 km, Spuikompad 10 km, Landerijenpad 12 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. The complex has another 2 houses for rent. The holiday properties may differ in situation, size and location.

Location Description Bredene

Wether you're looking for an unforgettable holiday or a few days of rest, the beautiful Bredene, situated between Oostende and De Haan, can offer you all of these options. Bredene is the only town on the Belgian North Sea coast with large sand dunes that flow over in a fine sandy beach. Wide promenades, horseriding , swimming, many bike-routes,... fill up your days completely. The lovely town of Brugge, with with its many canals and medieval character, offers a different type of visit. Every Tuesday morning you can visit the weekly market in Bredene. Family-friendly bathing resort 600 m from the sea, 8 km from Oostende, 22 km from Brugge. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar. Besides: pharmacy.

Een fijne plek met ruime slaapkamers. Een heerlijk balkon en een fijn tuintje op loopafstand van het strand en de bakker. Met een klein café aan de overkant.

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Sehr gut ausgestattet, ruhig gelegen, Stellplatz direkt vor der Haustür. Lediglich das W-Lan war sehr langsam. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir haben die Woche im Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Es war alles sauber und ordentlich. Die Jalousien lassen immer etwas Licht durch. Uns hat dies aber nicht gestört. Die Couch war etwas hart. Die Betten sind eher weich als hart. Die Treppe vom ersten Obergeschoss nach unten hat kein Geländer deshalb würde ich das Haus für kleinere Kinder nicht empfehlen .Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden und haben schon den nächsten Urlaub in dieser Unterkunft gebucht.

Die Aufteilung und Einrichtung des Hauses hat uns gefallen. Sehr gut für uns: ein Abstellraum für unsere E-Bikes. Für uns war die einzelne große Bettdecke für 2 Personen unmöglich. Wenn man es nicht gewöhnt ist unter einer Decke zu schlafen, geht das gar nicht. Zum Glück hatten wir noch eine Flauschdecke mitgenommen. Leider waren fast alle Teller angeschlagen.

Hallo, wie schon im Abnahmeprotokoll dokumentiert, hier folgende Mangelpunkte: -Couch extrem durchgesessen -Heizung im Bad lies sich nicht regulieren, bzw. ging nicht. -Abflüsse im Bad (Dusche und Waschbecken) liefen nicht ab. -Stühle im Esszimmer, Lehnen abgeschubbert -das Haus ist sehr hellhörig, Geräusche vom Nachbarhaus und Toilette/Bad waren im ganzen Haus zu hören.

Wir haben diese Wohnung bereits zweimal gemietet. Die Müllentsorgung war problematisch. Wir hatten keine 1-€-Münze und deshalb den Müllbeutel vor den Container gestellt. Dies hatte der Ordnungsdienst erkannt, so das wir mit einem Busgeld rechnen müssen. Sonst war alles OK. Wir kommen auch ein drittes mal.

Alles bestens und zu empfehlen. Es war auch gut,dass die Schlafzimmer im UG sind,da es oben sehr warm war. Mit Ventilator war es dort aber auch gut auszuhalten. In den Schlafzimmern sind nur Lamellenvorhänge,die nicht komplett verdunkeln. Wer also nur im Dunkeln schlafen kann, wird hier nicht ganz glücklich sein.

Die Müllentsorgung war ein Problem. Sie müssen bis zur nächsten Deponie etwa 4 km fahren. Ansonsten waren wir rundherum zufrieden. Im Herbst werden wir wahrscheinlich die gleiche Wohnung mieten. MFG H. M.
