Exit to the loggia. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/bidet/WC. No heating option. Covered balcony. Distant view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (fenced).

3-family house "Sun seeker", built in 2017. In a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 250 m from the sea, 300 m from the beach. For shared use: property 470 m2 (fenced). Barbecue. In the house: internet access. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 600 m, shopping centre 4 km, restaurant 300 m, bus stop 240 m, pebble beach, concrete beach 300 m. Marina 6 km, riding stable 3 km. Nearby attractions: NP Krka 17 km.

Location Description Brodarica

Small, quiet, family-friendly resort with 3'000 inhabitants, in the southern part of the region, directly by the sea, 5 km south from Sibenik, 15 km south-east from Vodice, 19 km north from Primosten. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Indoor aquatic centre, wellness centre, sauna, solarium, massage at 2 - 5 km. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 2 - 5 km.

Pebble beach, suitable for children. Stoney beach. Rocky beach. Diving, sailing, surfing, water skiing. Tennis. Minigolf. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths, mountain hikes. Bicycle paths.

Wszystko było OK. Blisko do morza,sklepów i restauracji. Świetna pogoda,spokojna okolica. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielką. Pozdrawiam i dziękuję za mile spędzony czas.

Na první dojem působil apartmán velmi útulně, ale začaly se objevovat nástrahy jako byl nepřipevněný botník, neustále neodtékal odpad ve sprše a kuchyň absolutně nevybavená nádobím . V tomto směru velké zklamání . V popisu byl k dispozici gril, ale pro klienty nebyl přístupný . Nebylo doplněno mýdlo a byl velký nedostatek toaletního papíru ( 2 role pro 4 dospělé na 9 dní). Vše jsme byli nuceni si dokoupit, což se nám v jiných apartmánech nikdy nestalo.

Please notify them immediately for issues like a clogged drain, detached shoe rack, or if you need to use the barbeque. In any case, the issues are now resolved.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut und ruhig gelgen. Optimal um von hier aus Unternehmungen in alle Richtungen zu unternehmen. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Das Meer liegt mehr oder weniger vor der Haustür. Die Wohung ist neu und modern eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich, zuverlässig und hilfsbereit und hat uns liebevoll mit Kecksen empfangen und verabschiedet;-) Vielen Dank - Wir kommen sicher gerne wieder ! Vidimo se uskoro - Hvala !

Wir durften zwei Wochen lang bei S. und ihrer Familie zu Gast sein. Man hat uns behandelt, als wären wir Familie. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und es war alles da, was man im Urlaub so braucht. Ein Highlight war der wunderschöne Ausblick aufs Meer vom Balkon aus. Die Lage ist ebenfalls super. Alles gut fußläufig erreichbar aber trotzdem sehr ruhig. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und werden sicherlich wiederkommen. Danke für so viel Gastfreundschaft!
