Terrace 20 m2 partly roofed. Terrace furniture. Marvellous view of the sea. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free).

Okrug Gornji (Čiovo) 6 km from Trogir: Apartment house "Borka". 2 km from the centre of Okrug Gornji, in a quiet, sunny position, 30 m from the sea, 30 m from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. For shared use: property 250 m2 (fenced). Terrace (50 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 850 m, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 2 km, rocky beach 30 m. Tennis 2.5 km. Please note: airfield 10 km from the property.

Location Description Trogir

Trogir- well-known, historical, family-friendly town with 13'000 inhabitants, in the centre of the region, directly by the sea, 20 km west from Split, 60 km south-east from Sibenik. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort.

Die Ferienwohnung ... Thomas S.

Die Ferienwohnung war echt sehr schön. Vom Balkon hat man einen extrem schönen Blick übers Meer und Strand. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend, jedoch sprechen sie nur kroatisch und ein wenig englisch. Die Zufahrt ist sehr steil und eng, aber machbar. Lediglich die Parksituation ist bescheiden. Bis zu drei Fahrzeuge hintereinander, wenn du der erste vorne bist und raus musst, hast du ein Problem. Auch die Markise auf dem Balkon hat schon bessere Zeiten hinter sich. Die bereits extrem Vermodert und zerrissen, eine neue würde hier wahrlich nicht schaden und das eigentlich sehr schöne Appartment wieder aufwerten. Die Preisexplosion für nächstes Jahr finde ich sehr bedenklich.

super großer balkon, hatten zwei liegen platz. zum strand durchquert man den kleinen garten und ist quasi schon im wasser! das ist wirklich genial! die hosts sind wirklich sehr nett und hilfsbereit. küche ist gut, geschirr naja… 3 sterne apartment. mangelhaft ist die klimaanlage - komplett verschmutzt und schimmlig! wir haben sie nicht eingeschalten, es war uns zu ekelig. zu erwähnen bleiben noch die drei außenklimageräte, die direkt vor dem SZ fenster waren… und: etwas steile straße :-)

Już pierwsze wrażenie zaskoczyło Nas bardzo miło. Przemili właściciele, widok z tarasu bajeczny. Opis i zdjęcia zgodne z opisem. Czyściutko i elegancko. Byliśmy z 2 dzieci. Do plaży kilka kroków.
