320 m a.s.l. >>Labin - Charming old town well known for its coffee shops, fine seafood restaurants and a rich cultural life including summer time concerts and festivals of jazz and classical music. Small, historical town with 12'400 inhabitants, in the eastern part of the peninsula 5 km from the sea, on top of a hill, 5 km west from Rabac, 45 km north-east from Pula, 50 km south-west from Rijeka. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Indoor aquatic centre, wellness centre, fitness centre, sauna, solarium, massage at 5 - 7 km. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 5 - 50 km.

Wir waren im Juli 2024 in dieser Unterkunft,wir sind angekommen und wurden herzlich mit Wein begrüßt von den Eigentümern.Das Haus liegt abseits aber das war genau richtig so um runter zukommen. Wir hatten die obere Etage,die alles hatte was wir brauchten.Alles war sauber und somit hatten wir einen tollen Urlaub Ich komme gerne wieder

Bevor man die Unterkunft erreichte, musste man ziemlich viel rumirren, war echt schwer zu finden( trotz Navi). Die Vermieter vor Ort (eine Etage tiefer wohnhaft) sehr freundlich. Man sollte vielleicht einige Sachen in der Ferienunterkunft noch ergänzen.

Wir wurden mit Schnaps begrüßt bei Problem mit Klima/TV war schnell jemand da der sich kümmerte. Die Lage war sehr ruhig, aber man war auch schnell in Labin /Rabac... Das NAVVI sollte mit 52220 Ruzici bestückt werden damit man nicht in einem falschen Ruzici landet. Der Pool ist recht flach und ein Baum steht im Süden vor ihm (dauert bis er warm ist) Alle sprechen etwas deutsch Sohn auch Englisch Geschirr etc. für 4 oder mehr sehr knapp wir waren 2

- sehr sympathische, hilfsbereite Gastfamilie!!! - sehr geräumige Ferienwohnung incl. einem kleinem und einem sehr großem Balkon - alles ordentlich und sauber - Pool wird laufend gereinigt - eine funktionstüchtige Waschmaschine! - Netflix - tolle Gegend, sehr ruhig und ländlich
