Kitchen (4 hot plates, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. Forced-air heating. Terrace 20 m2. View of the sea. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house.

Apartment house "Princip". 2 km from the centre of Labin, 2 km from the centre of Rabac, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 2 km from the sea, 2 km from the beach. For shared use: property 3'000 m2 with trees, swimming pool (6 x 3 m, depth 170 cm, seasonal availability: 04.Apr. - 06.Nov.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture (slide). In the house: internet access, washing machine. Motor access to the house (100 m via unmade road). Parking. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 2 km, pebble beach 2 km, rocky beach 2 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.

Location Description Rabac

Rabac- small, busy, family-friendly complex and bathing resort, in the eastern part of the region, directly by the sea, 5 km west from Labin. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Indoor aquatic centre, wellness centre, fitness centre, sauna, solarium, massage. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 5 km.

Summer

Pebble beach, suitable for children. Stoney beach. Rocky beach. Diving, sailing, surfing, sailing school, water skiing, canoeing, rowing. Tennis. Minigolf. Riding. Fishing (permit required). 5 km hiking paths, mountain hikes. Bicycle paths, mountain bike routes, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. Children's playground.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit toller Aussicht Dominik N.

Ferienwohnung war OK. Mit kleinen Schönheitsfehlern. Sauberkeit war leider nicht so, wie wir uns das gern gewünscht hätten. Pool war nicht für uns brauchbar, da zu viel gechlort wurde. Aussicht war aber sehr schön. Und der Gastgeber war freundlich.

Wohnung war bei Übernahme dreckig, Poolwasser nicht sauber. Eigentümer waren nicht sehr gastfreundlich. Waren etwas früher da und wurden wieder weggeschickt. Die gesamte Anlage macht auch keinen gepflegten Eindruck. Würde max 2* geben. Viel zu teuer die Wohnung für deren Zustand und Ausstattung. Keine Empfehlung meinerseits.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön eingerichtet. Küche leider etwas sparsam eingerichtet. Bad und Schlafzimmer zweckmäßig. Sehr nette Vermieter. Pool sehr sauber. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.
