In the hamlet Fratrici 1 km from the centre of Murine, 3 km from the centre of Umag, in a quiet position, traffic calmed area, 2.5 km from the sea, 2.5 km from the beach. For shared use: property 500 m2 (fenced) with lawn, swimming pool angular (24 m2, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 23.May. - 28.Sep.). Outdoor shower, terrace (10 m2), barbecue (swing). In the house: internet access. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 2 km, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 5 km, railway station 33 km, sandy beach 2.5 km. Location Description Umag

Umag is a modern tourist centre, ideal place for healthy and active holidays, with numerous possibilities of sporting recreation: from diving, sailing, biking, hiking, horse-riding to beach volley and tennis. Top-level ATP tennis tournament - Croatian Open takes place in Umag every year. The old town situated on the peninsula is very attractive, with the net of narrow little streets, cafes and small restaurants. Small, cosy, family-friendly holiday resort, in the north-western part of the peninsula, directly by the sea, 30 km north from Porec, 60 km north from Rovinj, 93 km north from Pula. Entspricht so wie es in den Bildern gezeigt wird. Sauber, ordentlich, schön ruhig und bis zu Stadt/Strand sind es 2,5 Km. Es ist soweit alles vorhanden in der Ferienwohnung, Betten sind gut und zum Vergleich der Ferien Bungalow in Umag richtig schön idyllisch. Der Pool war für die Kids am Morgen und am Abend das Beste.

Bild des Objektes entspricht nicht den Tatsachen. Ist mitten in einer Neubausiedlung mit Baustellenlärm und viel Hundegebell! Umwälzpumpe für Pool war nie in Betrieb!
