Location Description Crikvenica

Crikvenica is one of the oldest summer resorts on the Mediterranean and a famous health resort with mild climate and luxurious evergreen vegetation. Cosy, family-friendly bathing resort with 7'000 inhabitants, in the south-eastern part of the region, directly by the sea, 30 km south-east from Rijeka. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Indoor aquatic centre, fitness centre, sauna, solarium, massage, thalassotherapy. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 30 - 35 km.

sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit einem echt tollen Ausblick, die Wohnung war sauber und hatte alles was man so für den Alltag benötigte.

Der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse ist der Hammer. Das Apartment war sehr gepflegt und der Gastgeber war ebenfalls top.

Seh schöne Unterkunft mit sehr freundlichen, hilfsbereiten und Deutsch sprechenden Vermieter. Ausblick ist Top. Der Weg von und zum Strand ist für ungeübte allerdings sehr anstrengend, da sehr steil. Auch mit dem Auto sollte man aufpassen, Aufsetzgefahr. Minimalen Abzug da es an etwas Grundausstattung wie Mülltüten oder WC-Papier fehlte. Und ie Klimaanlage, trotz moderaten Außentemperaturen (ca. 30°C), zu schwach ist um die Wohnung auf Wohlfühlklima zu kühlen.

Lokal przestronny, bardzo czysty, zgodny z tym, co jest w ogłoszeniu. Ogólne wrażenie psuje właścicielka starsza Pani, która ewidentnie nie lubi małych dzieci i której wszystko przeszkadza. Trudno zakazać kilkuletnim dzieciom biegać po pokoju w ciągu dnia. Kiepska akustyka pokoju i apartament nad mieszkaniem wlascicieli. Klimatyzacja dodatkowo płatna, a właściciel mówi, żeby wyłączać na czas wyjścia z mieszkania. Problemem jest jej wydajność. Jeśli wyłączysz ją na kilka h nawet przy zamkniętych zaluzjach temp gwałtownie rośnie. Przy tych gabarytach mieszkania powinny być 2 jednostki. Bardzo duszno w mieszkaniu, noce to zaduch i nieustanne przebudzenia - nie można się wyspać. Łóżka niewygodne. Nie polecam dla rodzin z dziećmi

Tolle super saubere Ferienwohnung SIMONE K.

Die Ferienwohnung war super sauber und bietet einen tollen Blick zum Meer. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und sprach deutsch. Das Haus liegt relativ weit oben am Berg. Mit dem Fahrrad kann man den Ort und verschiedene Strände gut erreichen. Wer die Rückfahrt nicht so anstrengend will, muss mit dem E-Bike kommen.

Wir hatten die Wohnung im OG mit vier Erwachsenen und zwei kleinen Kindern. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und es war alles wie beschrieben sehr gut eingerichtet und sauber. Worauf man sich einstellen muss ist, dass das Haus ziemlich hoch am Hang gelegen ist und die Straßen recht steil sind. Das haben wir aber schon bei der Buchung gewusst und waren trotzdem einige Male zu Fuß unterwegs. Und es gab ja auch noch den schönen Pool, wenn man für eine Abkühlung mal nicht bis ans Meer wollte.

Wir waren mit einer ... Davis W.

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 6 Personen da, alle Anfang 20. Wer vor hat in der Wohnung Party zu machen, kann das vergessen, da sich strikt an die Nachtruhe um 22 Uhr gehalten wird, und ab da nur noch in Zimmerlautstärke unterhalten werden darf, Musik sollte aus sein. Die Unterkunft an sich ist aber sehr sehr gut, auch wenn man ein wenig Kondition mitbringen sollte, da der Berg der zum Apartment führt Wirklich sehr steil ist. Die,, Party Meile“ ist ca 20 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, dort kann man in discos gehen, ist auch immer gut voll dort, also neue Menschen kennenlernen ist auch kein Problem.

Die Ferienwohnung kann ich nur weiter empfehlen. Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und ist sehr sauber. Der Inhaber war immer sehr freundlich und bemüht. Pool war toll!
