Dining room. Open kitchen (dishwasher, 2 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC. Terrace 80 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (3). View of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, iron. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. One bedroom with window to the kitchen.

Apartment house "Sandalj". In the hamlet Kraj 2.5 km from the centre of Mošćenička Draga, 2.5 km from the centre of Medveja, on a slope, 200 m from the sea, 200 m from the beach, road to cross. For shared use: property with plants and trees. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access. Parking on the premises. Shop 2.5 km, bus stop 30 m, pebble beach, rocky beach 200 m. Please note: private mooring (extra) on request. The owner lives in the same residence. Steep footpath and steps to the beach. The owner runs a car repair garage in the basement.

Location Description Mošćenička Draga

Small, busy resort with 2'000 inhabitants, in the western part of the region, directly by the sea, situated at the foot Ucka, 7 km south-west from Lovran, 14 km south-west from Opatija, 30 km south-west from Rijeka. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Indoor aquatic centre, wellness centre, sauna, solarium, massage, thalassotherapy at 7 - 14 km. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 7 - 30 km.

Pebble beach, with beach facilities, suitable for children. Diving, sailing, surfing, sailing school, water skiing, canoeing. Tennis. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths, mountain hikes. Bicycle paths, mountain bike routes. Children's playground.

Nette Vermieter, toller Kleiner Strand im Ort (Weg dahin relativ steil), gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Verkehr laut, da an der Küstenstraße gelegen.

Piękne miejsce, oddalone od zgiełku, tłumów. Cicho i spokojnie. Dom wyposażony we wszystko czego trzeba, właściciele mili, uśmiechnięci, pomocni. Polecam. Świetna baza wypadowa na wycieczki: ZKRK, Rijeka, Pula, a nawet Triest, bo blisko

Überaus freundliche Vermieter. Schöne Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer. Super schöne kleine Bucht zu Fuß zu erreichen. Allerdings steil und sehr viele Stufen. Traumhaft für alle, die keinen überfüllten Strand mögen. In Lovran gibt es ebenfalls einen schönen Strand, der mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten zu erreichen ist. Schöne Orte in der näheren Umgebung um zu shoppen oder zu Essen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Das Einzige, was man wissen muss, dass es keinen Backofen gibt.

Sehr sauber, aber laut, da Hauptstraße vor der Terrasse liegt. Vermieterin mit 2 Familien (Kinder mit Enkeln) leben im Haus, so dass man keine Privatsphäre hat und unter ständiger Beobachtung steht. Für Hunde ungeeignet, da Terrasse nicht durchgängig eingegrenzt ist. Palatschinken und Wein zur Begrüßung waren hervorragend!

Sehr saubere und zweckmäßige Unterkunft. Leider keine komplett eingegrenzte Terrasse, so dass es für Hunde ungeeignet ist. Gleich vor dem Haus die Hauptstraße, stark befahren und sehr laut. Wer Wert auf Privatsphäre legt, ist hier fehl. Nicht nur die Eigentümerin, sondern auch die Kinder mit Enkeln (2 Familien) leben im Haus. Man steht quasi unter ständiger Beobachtung. Die Palatschinken und der Weißwein zur Begrüßung, sowie die frischen Feigen, die wir bekamen, waren fantastisch!

Die Besitzerin war nett und hilfsbereit hatte aber leider keine Nerv für Hubdebellen gehabt .ich sollte immer meine Hunde immer mitnehmen und zwar bei 32 Hunde Strand ist fast 15 Km enfernt und diese weg sollte immer mit dem auto sein und ein Parkplatz in der Nähe Hundestrand zufinden war nicht stressfrei. Pro: Terrasse Contra: Überhaupt nicht für Hund geeignet
