Exit to the terrace. 1 room with panoramic window with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC and satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. 1 room with panoramic window with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), bath/WC, double hand-basin and satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. Floor heating. Terrace 110 m2, terrace 65 m2 partly roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs, box-room. Beautiful view of the sea and the swimming pool. Facilities: safe, hair dryer. In the hamlet Spinčići 1.5 km from the centre of Matulji, 6 km from the centre of Opatija, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 4 km from the sea, 4 km from the beach, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside. Private: property 1'300 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular, heated (10 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 30.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, table tennis, basketball, terrace (130 m2), barbecue. In the house: internet access, sauna, hot tub, billiard table, air conditioning, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 350 m, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 350 m, pebble beach 4 km, concrete beach 4 km. Groups of teenagers on request only. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. Swimming pool with hydromassage. Swimming pool heated (extra). Organizing a party is not allowed.

Chic, historical, picturesque bathing resort with 12'700 inhabitants, in the centre of the region, directly by the sea, situated at the foot Ucka (1400 m), 12 km south-west from Rijeka. In the resort: supermarket, shops, grocery, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, disco, night club, casino, folklore evenings, concerts, evening entertainment, attractions. Indoor aquatic centre, wellness centre, fitness centre, sauna, solarium, health cures, massage, thalassotherapy. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 2 - 12 km.

Due to its favourable climatic conditions, Opatija is an area with considerable resources and facilities for health tourism. Opatija is also beautiful in winter, particularly owing to the sumptuous Carnival celebrations held in January and February.

Zeer nette en luxe woning voor gehele familie. Alles maar echt alles is aanwezig of over nagedacht. Ondanks de overcomplete woning waren er een paar kleine aantekeningen. -lekkage van de dakkoepel bij de jacuzzi -verlichting van het zwembad dat dikwijls uitviel. Bereikbaarheid is in orde en het parkeren op eigen terrein is erg prettig. Zelfs mogelijk tot 2 auto's binnen te parkeren. Mooie rustige omgeving met een superuitzicht over de zee vanaf het terras en uit het zwembad.

Die Villa Minimal hat unsere Erwartungen in sämtlichen Bereichen übertroffen. Der Ausblick, der hohe Standard, sämtliche Annehmlichkeiten, die Ausstattung der Küche, alles super sauber, die Möglichkeiten der Freizeitgestaltung im Haus selbst mit Pool Billard, Tischtennis, Korbball, Sauna & Whirlpool - all das hat unseren Familienurlaub noch entspannter gemacht. Auch die Unterstützung durch den Vermieter/Eigentümer L. war einfach großartig! Absolut empfehlenswert!!!

Wunderschöne Villa in traumhafter ruhiger Lage, am Hang mit herrlicher Sicht auf das Meer. Außenpool, Sauna, Whirlpool, Billard, Tischtennis, Basketball ließ keine Wünsche offen. Wir waren alle begeistert. Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Wir machten schöne Wanderungen in den Bergen und tolle Spaziergänge am Meer. Für Fahrräder eher nicht geeignet. Zu steil, keine Radwege.
