Ribnica 15 km from Novigrad: Apartment house "Anić". 8 km from the centre of Obrovac, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 50 m from the sea, 50 m from the beach. For shared use: property (fenced). Outdoor shower, barbecue. In the house: internet access. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 200 m, restaurant 1 km, bar 150 m, bus stop 25.3 km, sandy beach 300 m pebble beach 50 m.

Location Description Novigrad (Zadar)

Is situated on the coast of the so-called Novigrad Sea, a closed and shallow bay northeast of Zadar with the estuary of the river Zrmanja. The coast abouns in mussels and oysters. Major attractions in the area include the beautiful, picturesque valley of the Zrmanja river with its impressive canyon (rafting), rich gastronomic offer (lamb, prosciutto, wine), fishing opportunities in the surroundings, as well as a number of cultural and historical monuments. Attractive are also the excursions to Paklenica National Park and Zadar. Novigrad - small, quiet fishing village with 2'400 inhabitants, in the northern part of the region, directly by the sea, 27 km east from Zadar, 10 km south-east from Posedarje. In the resort: grocery, bakery, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, folklore evenings, evening entertainment. Besides: pharmacy 6 km, doctor. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 10 - 27 km.

Es war ein kleiner ... Emma W.

Es war ein kleiner ruhiger Ort, wie wir es mögen. Die Schlüsselübergabe passierte direkt vor Ort per Telefon und wir konnten an dem Tag früher in die Wohnung als vereinbart. Die Wohnung war sauber, tolle Terrasse, allerdings was der Duschkopfhalter kaputt, so das man nur mit einer Hand sich waschen konnte, auch das Klobrille wackelte in alle Richtungen, sollte man vielleicht reparieren. Leider konnten wir in 200 m keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit finden, es gab eine Beachbar am Strand, vielleicht war es damit gemeint. Der Strand war sehr enttäuschend, es gab überall Seetang, klares Wasser gab es nur um die Stegen herum, das kennt man von Kroatien so nicht. Länger als 5 Tage würden wir dort nicht bleiben, wir sind auch früher abgereist als geplant.

Bell'appartamento con tutte le comodità. Essendo al piano terra la vista non è il massimo ma il mare è molto vicino. Fantastica la doccia esterna per rinfrescarsi.

Leider fehlten ein paar Gläser, bei 4 Personen waren 5 Gläser vorhanden, als nach jedem Benutzen abspülen, war leider nicht der Hit. Der Abfluss der Dusche war auch etwas belegt, das Wasser blieb eine Weile in der Duschwanne. Ansonsten, war alles gut. Küchengeräte waren alle im guten Zustand. auch die Sauberkeit der anderen Zimmer war gut. Top Lage. Würde ich so weiteremphehlen.

Vorab,die Unterkunft selber war sehr schön. Zusammenfassend,wir waren zu Viert,es war es ein schöner Urlaub. Zwei kleine Kritikpunkte. Die Metallstühle auf den Balkonen. Das nur zu 50% funktionierende WLAN. Wir waren im Urlaub, da war das alles nicht so tragisch.

Krásné ubytování v přízemí budovy. K dispozici bylo vše potebné v četně klimatizace, kterou jsme v druhé půlce týdne využili. Venkovní posezení ve stínu pod podloubím. Parkování u domu za branou. Blízko k pláži, kde byl klid a jen pár lidiček.

Es ist eine sehr ruighe Gegend da! Also wer Party sucht ist da fehl am Platz! Aber alles top, Strandbar alle super freundlich, der einzige Nachteil ist das weder ein Geschäft noch ein speiselokal vor Ort ist, kann man aber beider ganz leicht mit dem Auto erreichen ca 5km im Nachbarort! Kommen auf alle Fälle wieder
