Open kitchen (dishwasher, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, 2 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. No heating option. Terrace. Terrace furniture. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Apartment house "Tome". In the hamlet Torovi 3.5 km from the centre of Vir, 12 km from the centre of Nin, 30 km from the centre of Zadar, 800 m from the sea, 800 m from the beach. For shared use: property 450 m2 with lawn and trees, swimming pool angular (26 m2, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine (for shared use, extra). Parking on the premises. Shop 200 m, restaurant 3.5 km, bus stop 3.3 km, rocky beach 800 m. Please note: airfield 38 km from the property. The tap water has no drinking water quality.

Location Description Vir

Small, quiet, family-friendly resort with 1'600 inhabitants, in the centre of the island, directly by the sea, 15 km north-west from Nin, 26 km north-west from Zadar. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Sauna, solarium, massage. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 25 km.

Summer

Sandy beach, with beach facilities, suitable for children. Rocky beach, with beach facilities. Tennis. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths.

Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen.Eine sehr schöne kleine Wohnung im EG,mit eigener grossen überdachten Terasse,direkt am Pool.Vermieter mit Eltern sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend,immer hilfsbereit.Ich war in der Zeit erkrankt und der Vermieter hat ohne Fragen mich zum Arzt und zu Apotheke gefahren. Er ist auch für uns eingekaufen gefahren.Wur wurden richtig umsorgt. Es gibt keinen besseren Vermieter. Der nächste Urlaub 2025 ist hier schon geplant.

We really enjoyed our stay. the host (Tom) was very kind, with a good command of english, the place was spotless. 8 min by walk to the beach, from Vir, you will see the most beautifull sunsets and many shooting stars at night during August. We had just pefect holidays there.

Tolle Lage, schöne Wohnung für 2 Personen mit einem Haustier! Nette Vermieter, wohnen mit im Haus! Ist aber kein Problem!

Die Vermieter waren sehr nett. Man könnte das eine oder andere vielleicht verbessern. Sind aber nur Kleinigkeiten wie Eierbecher, etwas mehr Geschier wie Gläser Tassen usw. Aber im Großen und ganzen war alles ok! Auf jeden Fall Empfehlenswert.
