Single-family house, built in 1972. Private: natural state property 1'100 m2. Terrace (40 m2). In the house: washing machine. Parking at the house. Grocery 500 m. Golf course 15 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Cosy resort with 3'400 inhabitants, in the south-eastern part of the region 10 km from the sea, 47 km east from Nykøbing Mors, 47 km north-east from Skive, 55 km south-west from Ålborg. In the resort: shopping centre, supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, museum. Indoor aquatic centre, sauna. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Sights World Map park Klejtrup 35 km, Mønsted Lime Pits 50 km, Wellness park HimerLand Resort Gatten 17 km, Kids' club Jesperhus Feriepark 43 km, Legeland Viborg 44 km, lakes nearby.

Summer

All watersports available in Hvalpsund strand 11 km. Sandy beach, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 11 km from the resort. Sports harbour Hvalpsund in 11 km. Surfing. Golf course 27 hole in Hvalpsund 11 km. Minigolf 17 km. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire. At the Liim Fiord you will find tranquil water, fresh air, vast moor landscapes, characteristic nature and a rich animal life. The area offers lovely natural experiences for those, who prefer quiet surroundings, activities, water sport and culture. Experience for instance the moors of Jutland. The moors are especially beautiful in the late summer when the heather is in flower. The hilly fiord landscape has many child-friendly beaches with shallow and calm water, where the young ones can play in the sand or look for amber.

Der Müll muss an einer öffentlichen Stelle entsorgt werden, da am Haus sich keine Mülltonne befindet.

Vi havde en dejlig ferie med familien, i et skønt område, men det er et ældre hus. Møblerne er gamle og 8 udendørsmøbler var farlige at sidde på, de 5 kunne skrues sammen, resten manglede skruer. Dårlig rengøring. Ikke Wi-Fi før mandag pga. forkerte koder

Sommerhuset har en fin størrelse, men alt er stort set slidt op, sengene er elendige og klædeskabe i soveværelser er ved at falde fra hinanden. rengøringen var særdeles mangelfuld. Vi havde en god miniferie og brugte kun huset til at overnatte.

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlau...

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in einer wunderbaren Gegend Dänemarks, der hauptsächlich dadurch getrübt wurde, dass einer von uns nicht im Haus duschen konnte. Das muss wirklich erwähnt werden, dass der Duscheingang extrem schmal ist, und man von Innen das Gefühl hat, man duscht in der Wand. Sonst das Übliche, was wir auch aus anderen Ferienhäusern kennen: Tote Fliegen, vorsintflutliche Kaffeemaschine, zum Teil nicht gewischte Böden und Gerümpel und Krempel auf einem Tisch im Wohnzimmer. Den WLAN Code habe ich mir selbst erschlossen, da der zugesendete nicht funktionierte. Sonst war das Haus super ausgestattet... eine enorme Anzahl an Tellern, Besteck usw. Spültabs waren vorhanden. E-Geräte funktionierten einwandfrei.

Vi havde en dejlig hyggelig uge, men der trænger godt nok til at blive skiftet ud i sengene, de var ikke specielt gode at sove i.

Es wäre gut, wenn man informiert wird, das ein Besuch im Servicebüro vor Anfahrt zum Ferienhaus nicht notwendig ist da sich der Schlüssel am Haus befindet. Wir haben dadurch 2 Stunden Zeit und Benzin verloren.
