Single-family house, built in 1981. Private: natural state property 2'565 m2. Terrace (65 m2), barbecue, children's playground, parking at the house. Grocery 4 km. Golf course 10 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Roslev

Cosy resort with 1'300 inhabitants, in the southern part of the region 6 km from the sea, 18 km north from Skive, 18 km south-east from Nykøbing Mors, 85 km south-west from Ålborg. In the resort: supermarket. Indoor aquatic centre, fitness centre at 7 km. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 18 km. Sights Oyster Bar / Glyngøre Shellfish 12 km, Helledie Glassblowing 17 km, lakes nearby.

Summer

All watersports available in Harre Vig strand 6 km. Sandy beach, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 6 m from the resort. Surfing. Golf course 18 hole in Harre Vig 6 km. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths. At the Liim Fiord you will find tranquil water, fresh air, vast moor landscapes, characteristic nature and a rich animal life. The area offers lovely natural experiences for those, who prefer quiet surroundings, activities, water sport and culture. Experience for instance the moors of Jutland. The moors are especially beautiful in the late summer when the heather is in flower. The hilly fiord landscape has many child-friendly beaches with shallow and calm water, where the young ones can play in the sand or look for amber.

Sommerhuset er beliggende på e...

Sommerhuset er beliggende på et fantastisk sted med den mest vidunderlige udsigt til Fur og Limfjorden. Tæt på badestrand og gode muligheder for gåture i et skønt område. Med få midler kunne man få det indvendige af huset op til en nuværende standard. Det kunne blive SÅ utroligt lækkert med nogle tidsvarende møbler, farver og evt. lidt på væggene. F.eks. udskiftning af spisebordet til et rundt spisebord. Badeværelset trænger virkelig til en kærlig hånd. Brusekabine kunne nemt udvides til 90 x 90 cm. og der er plads til at lægge varme i gulvet. Der står der er dobbeltseng. Den kunne vi ikke finde. Og der er chromecast, hvilket var rigtig skønt.

Schönes sauberes Haus in ruhiger Lage mit Blick auf die Insel Fur auf Naturgrundstück. Gut funktionierende Wärmepumpe. Unterstellmöglichkeiten im Nebengelass (z. B. Fahrräder) vorhanden. Badeschuhe zu empfehlen (überwiegend steiniger Strand mit Muschelablagerungen). Durch nördliche Ausrichtung weniger sonnig. Parkplatz vor dem Grundstück.
