Single-family house, built in 1973. 750 m from the sea. Private: property 1'001 m2, well-kept garden. Terrace (18 m2), children's playground (slide, swing), parking at the house. Carport. Grocery 750 m. Golf course 500 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Væggerløse

Small bathing resort with 1'400 inhabitants, in the southern part of the region, directly by the sea, 9 km south-west from Nykøbing, 140 km south-east from København. In Marielyst 2 - 5 km: supermarket, butchery, restaurant. Besides: pharmacy 9 km, doctor 9 km. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 9 km.

Summer

Sandy beach, 20 km long, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 5 km from the resort. Golf course 18 hole 5 km. Minigolf 5 km. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire. Children's playground. Lolland, Falster and Mon make up an interesting corner of Denmark with the exceptional and scenic nature as well as the beach life on the beautiful, white and sandy beaches. The bathing water is especially suitable for children because of the low content of salt and the level salt meadows. On Falster you'll find the wonderful 20-km-long beach of Marielyst and the impressive forest Corselitze skovene with plenty of historic passage graves and cairns. Boto Nor is a preserved bird sanctuary and an important breeding place for migratory birds. The high chalk cliff 'Mons Klint' on Mon is one of the most famous and frequented natural areas in Denmark. Mon has an abundance of cultural monuments, e.g. the best-preserved ramparts of Scandinavia. Lolland offers an extremely comprehensive coastal landscape with salt meadows, shallow water, fresh reed swamps and a network of paths. The winding roads lead through small, idyllic villages and pass lovely beechwoods, beautiful castles and manor houses.

Ein schönes Ferienhaus mit tol... Jasmin B.

Ein schönes Ferienhaus mit tollem Garten und sehr viel Geschirr. Eine Waschmaschine hat uns noch gefehlt. Außerdem gab es Probleme mit dem Abfluss in der Spüle und der Spülmaschine, was im Urlaub etwas ärgerlich ist. Aber das wird hoffentlich behoben, sodass man das auch wieder genießen kann.

Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich, vor allem der Sitzbereich auf der Terrasse hinter dem Haus. Für Kinder gibt es eine Sandkiste, eine Schaukel und eine Rutsche, die gut angenommen wurden. Auch die Küche ist so ausgestattet, dass man gut darin kochen kann. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön, vor allem der schöne Sandstrand. Auch gibt es einige Gaststätten und Läden um Essen und Einkaufen. Langeweile kommt hier eher nicht auf. Das einzige was wir kritisch anmerken würden: das Haus ist gut geeignet für 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder, 2 der Schlafplätze sind für Erwachsene eher ungeeignet, das sind eindeutig Kinderbetten, in die man sich sicher auch quetschen könnte, wäre aber bestimmt nicht so angenehm.
