Single-family house, built in 1965. 870 m from the sea. Private: property 1'400 m2, well-kept garden. (slide, swing), parking at the house. Carport. E-charging station. Grocery 900 m. Golf course 750 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Væggerløse

Small bathing resort with 1'400 inhabitants, in the southern part of the region, directly by the sea, 9 km south-west from Nykøbing, 140 km south-east from København. In Marielyst 2 - 5 km: supermarket, butchery, restaurant. Besides: pharmacy 9 km, doctor 9 km. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 9 km.

Summer

Sandy beach, 20 km long, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 5 km from the resort. Golf course 18 hole 5 km. Minigolf 5 km. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire. Children's playground. Lolland, Falster and Mon make up an interesting corner of Denmark with the exceptional and scenic nature as well as the beach life on the beautiful, white and sandy beaches. The bathing water is especially suitable for children because of the low content of salt and the level salt meadows. On Falster you'll find the wonderful 20-km-long beach of Marielyst and the impressive forest Corselitze skovene with plenty of historic passage graves and cairns. Boto Nor is a preserved bird sanctuary and an important breeding place for migratory birds. The high chalk cliff 'Mons Klint' on Mon is one of the most famous and frequented natural areas in Denmark. Mon has an abundance of cultural monuments, e.g. the best-preserved ramparts of Scandinavia. Lolland offers an extremely comprehensive coastal landscape with salt meadows, shallow water, fresh reed swamps and a network of paths. The winding roads lead through small, idyllic villages and pass lovely beechwoods, beautiful castles and manor houses.

Das Haus ist so süß eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und angekommen. Unsere beiden Kinder hatten große Freude mit dem kleinen Spielplatz auf dem Grundstück und auch unser Hund hat sich pudelwohl gefühlt. Die Entfernung zum Strand ist super und zu Fuß gut zu meistern. Wir würden dieses Häuschen jederzeit wieder buchen.

Det er altid rart at komme til Marielyst, skøn strand og hyggelig bymidte. Venlige og imødekommende personaler fra Sol og Strand. Sommerhuset var lille men hyggeligt og ordentlig og vel istandsat med en skøn ugenert have og ikke langt til byen. Vi kunne godt finde på at komme tilbage!

Das Haus hatte für 2 Personen die richtige Größe. Das Grundstück ist einmalig. Ruhesuchende sind in diesem Objekt gut aufgehoben. Besonders in der Nacht war es sehr ruhig, aufgeweckt wurden wir gegen Morgen durch das Gezwitscher der Vögel. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Manual til TV saknas, det var ingen kanaler at se til exempel DR1, 2 TV 2, man kunne streame via BT fra mobilen, men nätet var så dåligt at det blev hakkemad :(. Men huset var OK rent og fint stort plus för luftvärmepumpen.

Ein bezauberndes kleines Ferienhaus! Wir haben in Marielyst schon mindestens 30 verschiedene Ferienhäuser ausprobiert, dieses sticht heraus, weil es geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet ist und vor allem sehr sauber war! Man muss allerdings wissen, dass es wirklich sehr klein ist und nur ein Schlafzimmer eine Tür hat. Das stört aber bei dem großen Garten, der schönen Terasse und dem nahen Strand überhaupt nicht!

Det er sådan et vidunderligt lille hyggeligt hus. Så velmøbeleret og hyggeligt. Udeområder også virkelig gode. Fantastisk strand. Eneste minus var stegepanden - måske en lille opgrade ellers var alt perfekt

Skønt charmerende hus. Lækker stor ugeneret have med flere gode solkroge. Fantastisk beliggenhed ift. centrum, Larsens plads og indkøbsmuligheder. Vi kan varmt anbefale det.
