Single-family house, built in 1993. 250 m from the sea. Private: property 2'750 m2, well-kept garden, indoor pool (5 x 3 m, 1'9.3 m2, depth 140 - 140 cm). Terrace (65 m2), barbecue, children's playground (slide, swing). In the house: sauna, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking at the house. E-charging station. Grocery 1 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Væggerløse

Small bathing resort with 1'400 inhabitants, in the southern part of the region, directly by the sea, 9 km south-west from Nykøbing, 140 km south-east from København. In Marielyst 2 - 5 km: supermarket, butchery, restaurant. Besides: pharmacy 9 km, doctor 9 km. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 9 km.

Summer

Sandy beach, 20 km long, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 5 km from the resort. Golf course 18 hole 5 km. Minigolf 5 km. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire. Children's playground. Lolland, Falster and Mon make up an interesting corner of Denmark with the exceptional and scenic nature as well as the beach life on the beautiful, white and sandy beaches. The bathing water is especially suitable for children because of the low content of salt and the level salt meadows. On Falster you'll find the wonderful 20-km-long beach of Marielyst and the impressive forest Corselitze skovene with plenty of historic passage graves and cairns. Boto Nor is a preserved bird sanctuary and an important breeding place for migratory birds. The high chalk cliff 'Mons Klint' on Mon is one of the most famous and frequented natural areas in Denmark. Mon has an abundance of cultural monuments, e.g. the best-preserved ramparts of Scandinavia. Lolland offers an extremely comprehensive coastal landscape with salt meadows, shallow water, fresh reed swamps and a network of paths. The winding roads lead through small, idyllic villages and pass lovely beechwoods, beautiful castles and manor houses.

An sich sehr schönes Haus in einer sehr schönen ruhigen Gegend. Das Haus an sich müsste etwas besser gepflegt werden. Reinigung des Bodens und der Fenster. Besonders im Pool Haus. Ebenso Whirpool und Anlage sollte gereinigt werden und auf Funktion überprüft werden. An sich dennoch zu empfehlen. Unser Sohn fast 3 Fragt immer noch alle ob sie mal mit in unser 2. Haus kommen mit dem Pool. Hat somit einen super positiven Eindruck hinterlassen. :)

Leider alles andere als sauber. Wir hätten den vorrangegangenen Bewertungen glauben sollen. Eigentlich schade das Haus hat eine tolle Lage und einen schönen gepflegten Garten . Leider im Haus alles total ungepflegt. Duschen, Fenster, Bäder überall Schimmel in den Ecken. Die Fliesenfugen waren in großen teilen vergammelt. Das alles mitten in der Saison. Das Haus benötigt eine ordentliche Grundreinigung und ein paar Schönheitsreperaturen an Türen, Lampen und den Lüftern in den Bädern die nicht funktionierten. Jedes Zimmer hat mechanische Lüftungsöffnungen die nicht funktionieren, wahrscheinlich auch der Grund für die Stockflecke an den Wänden und den Schimmel an den Fenstern. Das Personal war wie immer freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Super flot og stort sommerhus, dog var hele huset skævt!!! Poolen og poolområdet var dejligt varmt. Kan kun anbefale huset og poolen:-).

Es ist sinnvoll, einen Sonnenschirm dabei zu haben, die Terasse hat eine volle Sonnenlage und Frühstück ist nur dann möglich, wenn die Sonne sich versteckt oder man flüssige Butter und graue Wurst mag.
