Single-family house, built in 1955. 330 m from the sea. Private: property 801 m2, well-kept garden. Terrace (40 m2). In the house: washing machine. Parking at the house. Carport. Grocery 1.9 km. Golf course 2.5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Væggerløse

Small bathing resort with 1'400 inhabitants, in the southern part of the region, directly by the sea, 9 km south-west from Nykøbing, 140 km south-east from København. In Marielyst 2 - 5 km: supermarket, butchery, restaurant. Besides: pharmacy 9 km, doctor 9 km. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 9 km.

Summer

Sandy beach, 20 km long, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 5 km from the resort. Golf course 18 hole 5 km. Minigolf 5 km. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire. Children's playground. Lolland, Falster and Mon make up an interesting corner of Denmark with the exceptional and scenic nature as well as the beach life on the beautiful, white and sandy beaches. The bathing water is especially suitable for children because of the low content of salt and the level salt meadows. On Falster you'll find the wonderful 20-km-long beach of Marielyst and the impressive forest Corselitze skovene with plenty of historic passage graves and cairns. Boto Nor is a preserved bird sanctuary and an important breeding place for migratory birds. The high chalk cliff 'Mons Klint' on Mon is one of the most famous and frequented natural areas in Denmark. Mon has an abundance of cultural monuments, e.g. the best-preserved ramparts of Scandinavia. Lolland offers an extremely comprehensive coastal landscape with salt meadows, shallow water, fresh reed swamps and a network of paths. The winding roads lead through small, idyllic villages and pass lovely beechwoods, beautiful castles and manor houses.

Das Haus war super, nahe beim Strand 4-5 Minuten ☀️ und wirklich sehr sauber. Einziger Punktabzug ist, dass es nicht in der Information stand das 2 Betten ausserhalb des Hauses sind. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet und gemütlich. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Es ist nicht so modern eingerichtet, aber das ist überhaupt nicht schlimm, da alles sehr sauber gewesen ist und sehr häuslich gewesen ist. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Wir ( 2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) ...

Wir ( 2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) waren 2 Wochen in dem Ferienhaus und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Ausreichend Teller, Gläser, Besteck sind vorhanden, ebenso Gartenstuhlauflagen. Das Bad hat nicht ganz so überzeugt, ist aber ausreichend. Den wunderschönen Sandstrand erreicht man in wenigen Gehminuten. Wer Erholung sucht, Ruhe und dennoch nah genug am Geschehen sein will, ist hier genau richtig. Auch die Innenstadt, mit dem Bus oder Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, ist ein Besuch Wert. Hier gibt es viele Restaurants und Läden zum Stöbern. Die Schlüsselübergabe war toll organisiert, alles vorbereitet, ohne Wartezeit und Bürokratie. Das Willkommenscenter lädt durch den Spielplatz, Hüpfburgen und Essenständen zum Verweilen ein. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt und kommen gern wieder.

Die Aussenanlage ist ungepflegt. Die Anforderung eines Sonnenschirmes blieb trotz Zusage Ergebnislos. Gute Inneneinrichtung.

Das Haus ist ideal für Personen, die Ruhe wollen (Ende einer Sackgasse) und es trotzdem nicht weit zum Strand haben wollen. Die Raumaufteilung ist interessant. Ein Zimmer ist in der Remise am Carport. Dort können sich Jugendliche zurückziehen. Oder die Eltern ;-) Das Zimmer mit dem Doppelstockbett ist im Haupthaus und hat leider kein Fenster nach draußen, sondern zum Wintergarten. Die Küche ist super. Vor allem haben uns die Deckenfenster in der Küche und im Flur gut gefallen. Viele Sitzecken laden zum Lesen und Chillen ein. Einige Spiele und Bücher sind vorhanden, aber ausschließlich auf Dänisch.

Et flot og hyggelig hus der indeholder alt hvad man har brug for. I meget stille og smukke omgivelser tæt på stranden. Kan anbefales.

Wir waren zu viert in dem Haus. Das Haus war sauber, die Schlafzimmer ausreichend dimensioniert. Die Küche war neu und gut ausgestattet. Es fehlten nur Müsli-Schüsseln. Der Fernseher war groß, neu und smart. Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist absolut top, ruhig und in der Nähe vom Strand.
