House/Residence

Single-family house, built in 2015. 500 m from the sea. Private: natural state property 120 m2. Terrace (25 m2). In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking at the house. Grocery 200 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Frederikshavn

Small town with 23'000 inhabitants, in the northern part of the region, directly by the sea, 65 km north-east from Ålborg. In the resort: shopping centre, supermarket, shops, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, museum. Indoor aquatic centre, wellness centre, sauna. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Wellness park The Reef 500 m, Kids' club Fun House 4 km, Farm Fun Ålbæk 20 km.

Summer

Sandy beach, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 1.5 km from the resort. Sports harbour. Surfing. Golf course 18 hole 5 km. Minigolf. Fishing (permit required). Beach volleybally court. Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire. North-eastern Jutland is famous for its small cosy seaside towns with the lively harbours and the many child-friendly beaches. Here the water is shallow and the sea, the Kattegat, shows the best side of its character. Some places, the white sandy beaches are replaced by water-meadows and lagoons with a rich bird life. The hinterland is characterized by large moors, hilly landscapes and plantations. Here you will also find many old and interesting village churches, castles, manor houses and historic monuments.

Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig un... Markus B.

Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig und die Schlafzimmer sehr klein. Wenn sich Leute oben aufhalten ist es nicht mehr möglich unten zu schlafen. Die Reinigung wurde auch nicht sehr ernst genommen. Allerdings mit dem Equipment das vorhanden war auch schwierig. Der Staubsauger hatte einen vollen Beutel (Ersatz gab es nicht) und ein Besen war nicht vorhanden. Rund um das Haus ist momentan Baustelle. Es wurden gerade 6 andere Häuser gebaut so das ab kurz vor 7 Baulärm zu hören war. Die küche war nicht sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlten Dinge wie ein Sieb oder gescheites Kochgeschirr. Durch die großen Fensterflächen würde es schnell sehr warm in dem Haus. Auch lüften half da nicht aus. Es gab nur teilweise die Möglichkeit die Fenster zu verdunkeln. Durch die Giebel Fenster kam die Sonne ungehindert durch so daß es blendete. Die Nähe zu dem wunderschönen Palmenstrand ist sehr schön. Auch eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist nah so das man sich schnell Brötchen holen konnte. Generell ist die Umgebung ruhig wenn nicht gerade gebaut wird. Die schlüsselübergabe ist sehr einfach durch den Schlüsseltresor am Haus.
