Single-family house, built in 1960. 450 m from the sea. For shared use: garden. Private: natural state property 1'250 m2, garden (fenced). Terrace (20 m2), barbecue. In the house: table football, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking at the house. Carport. Grocery 2 km. Golf course 2 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Hals

Small resort with 2'500 inhabitants, in the southern part of the region, directly by the sea, 30 km east from Ålborg, 65 km south from Fredrikshavn. In the resort: supermarket, shops, boutiques, bank, restaurant, museum. Besides: pharmacy, doctor.

Summer

Sandy beach, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 3 km from the resort. Waterpark in 500 m. Sports harbour in 500 m. Surfing, rowing. Golf course 18 hole 1 km. Minigolf 500 m. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. North-eastern Jutland is famous for its small cosy seaside towns with the lively harbours and the many child-friendly beaches. Here the water is shallow and the sea, the Kattegat, shows the best side of its character. Some places, the white sandy beaches are replaced by water-meadows and lagoons with a rich bird life. The hinterland is characterized by large moors, hilly landscapes and plantations. Here you will also find many old and interesting village churches, castles, manor houses and historic monuments.

Vielleicht könnten Sie noch mitteilen, dass im Schuppen zwei Fahrräder sind - falls man die als Gast benutzen darf (wir hatten unsere eigenen Räder dabei).

Die Fahrräder im Schuppen dürfen gerne benutzt werden. Jetzt sind es insgesamt 2 Damenfahrräder und 2 Herrenfahrräder. - Herzliche Grüsse Hausbesitzer

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub mit zwei Familien. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und super ausgestattet. Familienspiele, Multispieltisch mit Kicker, Billiard, etc., Tischtennisplatte, Badminton, Krocket, Spielesammlung - alles da. Auch in der Küche ist alles da, was man brauchen könnte. Selbst Mixer, Schüsseln und Backformen für den Geburtstagskuchen sind vorhanden. Für kalte oder besonders heisse Tage sind zwei Wärmepumpen vorhanden mit denen man das Haus kostengünstig "auf Temperatur" bekommt. Das große Grundstück mit 3 Terassen und einem zusätzlichem Gartentischensemble runden das Ganze ab. - Ach ja: Die Betten sind super bequem. Alle 4 Erwachsenen waren sich einig selten so gut geschlafen zu haben.... Zusammengefasst waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Vi hadde en fin uke i Hals. Stort hus med god plass for to familier. Huset var godt utstyrt og aktivitetsrommet med spill og bordtennisbord var populært hos ungene. Huset lå i kort avstand til fin og barnevennlig strand.

Wir haben uns in dem Haus von ... Ralf J.

Wir haben uns in dem Haus von der Anreise an super wohl gefühlt. Die Besitzer gestalten das Haus und den Außenbereich (sehr schöne Terrasse) liebevoll und mit viel Umsicht. Geliebt haben wir den Hobbyraum mit der hochwertigen Tischtennisplatte. Die Betten waren bequem, wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Auch am Kaminofen haben wir uns erfreut. Der nahe Sandstrand zieht sich viele Kilometer in beide Richtungen hin und lädt zu langen Spaziergängen ein. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder! PS: Wir waren auf die Stromrechnung gespannt, da diese in einer früheren Bewertung kritisiert wurde. Diese kam nun und ist absolut transparent und auch erfreulich gering (obwohl wir Anfang April noch Nachtfrost hatten).

Leider war die Endabrechnung des Strom um 40% höher als wir tatsächlich verbraucht haben - das darf einem professionellem Anbieter nicht passieren
