Single-family house, built in 1942. 12 km from the sea. Private: property 1'300 m2, well-kept garden. Barbecue (slide, swing). In the house: table football, trampoline, washing machine. Parking at the house. Grocery 200 m. Golf course 15 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Kongerslev

Small, cosy resort with 1'300 inhabitants, in the southern part of the region 12 m from the sea, 25 km south-east from Ålborg, 90 km south from Fredrikshavn. In the resort: supermarket, boutiques. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 20 - 25 km. Sights Utzon Center Ålborg 26 km, Springeren Marine Experience Center 28 m.

Summer

Sandy beach, 4 km long, gently sloping, suitable for children, 20 km from the resort. Sea water outdoor swimming pool 30 km. Canoeing. Hiking paths. Bicycle paths. North-eastern Jutland is famous for its small cosy seaside towns with the lively harbours and the many child-friendly beaches. Here the water is shallow and the sea, the Kattegat, shows the best side of its character. Some places, the white sandy beaches are replaced by water-meadows and lagoons with a rich bird life. The hinterland is characterized by large moors, hilly landscapes and plantations. Here you will also find many old and interesting village churches, castles, manor houses and historic monuments.

Vi havde en dejlig weekend med børn, svigerbørn og børnebørn. Et rigtigt fint hus. Området får kun tre, da huset ligger i et almindeligt villakvarter.

Huset var super fint, lækker lyst :-) Huset er ikke særlig godt udstyret ( Ingen æggebæger, rigtig dårlige brødknive ingen saks mm. ) Der mangler en vejledning til betjening af komfur. Største minus på huset ar at der ingen varmt vand var i hanerne i badeværelserne, der var heller ikke nok varmt vand til bad.

Mange tak for anmeldelsen. Ejer har indkøbt det manglende køkkenudstyr samt monteret gennemstrømningsvandvarmer. Så nu kommer der ikke til at mangle varmt vand, samt der er koblet varmt vand på alle haner i huset. Med venlig hilsen Team Hals

Wir haben gemeinsam mit der ge...

Wir haben gemeinsam mit der gesamten Familie, bestehend aus 8 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder (2,4,7 Jahre) in diesem Ferienhaus Silvester gefeiert. Das Haus ist sehr modern ausgestattet. Die Duschen laufen leider nicht richtig ab (Gefälle nicht vorhanden). Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Aber für Familien mit Kindern sehr gut ausgestattet. Es ist Spielzeug vorhanden. Auf dem großen Grundstück sind ebenfalls Spielzeug und Spielgeräten vorhanden (Schaukel, Rutsche, Sandkasten und Bobby-Car). Neben dem Grundstück befindet sich ein eingezäuntes Fußball bzw. Handball-Feld. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen.

Dejligt lyst og rummeligt hus, med massere af sjov til ungerne. Lidt sløjt udvalg i køkkenet af knive/grydeskeer/skåle ovs. Men ellers et fint hus.
